Get some exercise if you can. Shift your focus to pleasing God. Don't believe the lies of the enemy. There's usually a pattern. Ask the Father for the Holy Spirit to show you lies in your life. Spend as much time daily in the word as you can!

I had this and I didn't know that it was wrong, what had happened was I had gotten held onto and I felt it get shaken out of me. So you may need to have someone lay hands on you for healing/casting out devils Otherwise, just know that God is a deliverer, he does not intend that ANYBODY be a slave to the enemy, even to somebodies own thoughts. If you have uncontrollable thoughts, declare that GOD the almighty, has you in his wing like a bird has her chicks. Let his compassion overflow your body and think of his face (brighter than the sun) And I pray that this person be unchained from his thoughts, by Jesus name I declare that this person be no longer a slave to evil anymore. AMEN get well soon sibling 🥹

The thing that helped me overcome the evil thoughts was realizing that these thoughts were stuck in my head thus I prayed to God to purify those unholy thoughts and change them to thoughts that honor God.

I undervalued the value of relationships and family for a long time and I think I still do at times, but lately it’s gotten better in my mind because I’m not alone and because God has provided opportunities for people come alongside me and just be there. I got into a discussion online one day about the existance of God. After some discussion on some of the arguments generally used for the existance of God, cosmological, teleological, moral and so forth, i finally said; "let me ask you a question, how do you control what you think? If we are a product of chemical reactions, how is it that you control what you think, say and do?" That abstract identity that you possess, that makes you unique as an individual, is you soul." Why do we as human beings hold each other accountable for what we say and do? There are two things that set us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom. We are created in the image of God and we have knowledge of good and evil.

A very true statement. The mind is a serious battleground for dominance of the believer between, God, Satan AND yourself. If you want peace of mind, you must think of places where it's peaceful. The word of God is very important to remember because the Holy Spirit can use God's word to help assist you in living a sin free and holy life. The word of God can help bring our thoughts into thinking on those things which are heavenly and pure. I know this to be true because the minute I start trying to pray the word and think of what to say to God or read my Bible, I get ambushed with a massive amount of thoughts that I clearly have identified as unholy spirits trying to attempt me from talking to God as well as hearing from Him.
