I remember a few years ago where charlez/nubbz wouldnt use a face cam or anything like that because of his body weight. Its really amazing how far he's came and how much confidence he's gained

bro this vid honestly actually is so relatable to an extent; im kind of in the same boat that you were in, minus the living alone part (still not confident i could live by myself) but i myself can say im kind of big on weight myself and well, im constantly still very nervous about what people think of me because of how my body looks like despite not talking with many people around me. i genuinely enjoy the content, and the story and adventure you went through genuinely is contributing me towards inspiration to try and improve my physique as well (im glad you definitely got over those feelings and feel better about yourself now;) so yeah this was very relatable to a massive extent to me

@ctrlifiTake it from me bro, someone who used to be your age and felt the same things, you still got a long way to go and a full life ahead of you. If you don't have the means to go to a gym just do what you can with what you got, starting with simple push ups and sit ups, if you have like a small weight (5-10 lbs) you can start off doing exercises with that or even just taking a jog around your neighborhood every now and again. Just know that it's possible, you just gotta stay consistent. Also try to start off small and work your way up

For me, this channel is very reminiscent of a terraria youtuber that I love watching. His channel, ChippysCouch, is separate from his main channel, and on it he does almost unedited playthroughs of terraria and modded terraria while sharing random stories from his life or a game he recently played or maybe something good he had for breakfast that day etc. Both these channels give off carefree and cozy vibes, which I absolutely love.

I loved this longer video, hopefully there are more topics you can cover that lend themselves to the longer form of content! Hearing the story of your weight journey made me realize I have fallen for very similar cycles, and gave me some ideas for how to break out of them. In terms of weight lifting, what sort of exercises did you start off with? I've been mostly doing cardio but want to get into weight lifting as well

This story was like the story of my life, but the only difference is, I have extreme anxiety etc. so as soon as I heard 1 fat joke I was actively trying to lose weight, I'd starve myself but I'd always have to eat dinner as I was a young kid, so I'd just say I had a big lunch and eat as little as possible, but the weight never seemed to change, it never went down, but eventually that turned into a positive, I was the same weight from 11-14 years old, meaning yes, I wasn't losing weight, but overall I was getting thinner/healthier but because I was growing it counteracted that, and that thought kept me motivated even when I didn't see the scale change. I'm still here

I didn't expect videos like this from this channel but it's maybe even better than the funny stories. As for the gym and stuff, I can give a few pieces of advice: Loosing weight by doing weight training is not only do-able but also just as efficient as cardio for moderate weight loss. For losing 20 ish pounds and putting on muscle, and on top of the that you can est even more. You need more calories to be able to put on the muscle, so you can eat a little more and still be able to be in necessary calorie deficit to lose weight. Especially for moderate weight loss, simple calorie deficit from cardio and eating will not result in big weight loss and little to bo weight gain. But, weight training and eating more proteins will successfully result in weight loss and muscle mass gain.

I watched the whole video so "I'm still here". I love you brawl stars & story background videos, because I think they are interesting, educational and motivating. I can kinda relate to your life because I've also went through suicidal thoughts, being insecure about my physice, social anxiety and being lonely, but I was like 11 back then. I'm currently 14 and similar to you, trying to find motivation and reasons to keep working out, studying and just doing the shit I have to do, so your videos really brighten up my day therefore I will be more than happy to watch longer videos of the same type. I know I might seem like a random sad kid to you, but if you are reading this, you could use the insults of others and "if not now when" mentally to motivate/inspire yourself to work out and keep your diet. In short I love your videos, keep grinding, because you can, and I'll support you however I can and would love longer videos❤. Also sorry for the long af comment.

I’m definitely not over weight, but I used to be 2 years ago and I got sick and tired of it just like you did and put on my mental game and got to the point to where I was severely underweight it was crazy. But the thing was I was happy the I looked despite the fact I wasn’t healthy at all. Then I’ve had plenty of family issues and people saying stuff about how I looked and I eventually gained more weight and became overweight again. Then all throughout my freshmen year of high school I fluctuated where I would gain so much weight and then I would lose the weight and then gain it back. It was like a back and forth cycle all year even during the summer. Now comes sophomore year and i maintained my weight and I was super happy until recently now for some reason I’m gaining weight again and I got discouraged about it. And now I’m trying everything I can to lose the weight and be healthy but it’s almost like I can’t because food makes me feel good about myself too whenever I eat. It’s almost like I have a food addiction. And it’s been really bad for the past 3 months it’s crazy. I’ve definitely gained like 15 pounds but at the same time I’m growing too.. but I definitely understand the feeling insecure and not wanting to go out and express yourself because of the way you look. Right now I’m currently telling my self that I’m tired of all of it and I’m gonna start my own little journey just like you to keep the weight down to where I’m happy with myself and to keep it there for good. But it truly is difficult.

I’m still here. I like putting on your upgraded podcast’s while driving. I might stop the video, but that’s because I’m going into the store or something else. I like the gaming and story time.
