HIV病毒发现至今已有30年，经过多年的医学研究，现在感染者只要长期服用药物，可以控制病情，过正常生活。然而很多人对HIV的观念依然没变，甚至担心会被感染而远离他们，有些则将他们贴上标签，认为他们生活不检点，咎由自取而遗弃他们。因此很多HIV感染者天天活在恐惧和阴影中，不敢向人坦言病情，有些也因病而失去工作。由于长期活在压力中，有些因此得了忧郁症，甚至走上绝路，终结人生。
世人对HIV感染者的歧视与偏见如此铺天盖地，为什么一些年轻的社工选择走向HIV感染者？ 这些边援人遇到了什么挑战？他们有何感伤？
While Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is no more an untreatable disease, people infected with HIV continue to face lots of fears and stigmas here. Some still face rejection from employers, friends and even family members after disclosing their condition; some are also unable to cope with their stress and loneliness, leading to depression and even suicide.
While the prejudice associated with HIV is so devastating, there are social workers and volunteers who choose to work with these HIV positives, bringing them comfort and hope. What are their challenges and the stories behind these people?
