The peculiarity is that the gate, like conventional swing gates, provides tightness due to the porch but takes up half the space in the garage. As can be seen from the video, it is not possible to open the gate to the outside due to the fact that the garage is located in the basement of the house below ground level. The gates are insulated and sheathed on both sides. Automated with actuators. Their advantage is low cost and small size. You see that there is simply no place for installing large drives. Even the standard rods for the BFG 30-50 addition mechanism had to be made specially)
