আজকে লাইফের প্রথম রোস্ট রান্না করেছি। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আলহামদুলিল্লাহ... সবাই বলেছে একদম বিয়ে বাড়ির মতো ফ্লেভার এসেছে। প্রথম রোস্ট রান্নায় এতো প্রশংসা পাবো আশা করি নি। অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে। আল্লাহ আপনাকে নেক হায়াত দান করুক🖤

আপু আপনার রেসিপি দেখে বাসাতে মুরগির রোস্ট করেছি, অনেক মজা হয়েছিল। আর রোস্ট এ পুরা শাহী ও বিয়ে বাড়ির রোস্ট এর ফ্লেভার ছিল। অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপু, এত সুন্দর করে রেসিপি টা দেওয়ার জন্য। 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ingredient list- For Paste: 2 tbsp of yogurt 1/2 tsp of ghee 1 and 1/2 tsp of cashew paste 1tsp of red chilli powder A squeeze of ketchup Special masala: 4-5 pieces of cardamom 1 stick of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of jaitri (mace) 1/2 jaifal (nutmeg) Others: 1/2 cup of oil 1 tbsp + 1tbsp of ghee 1 dried bay leaf 3 pieces of cardamom 1 stick of cinnamon 1 cup of diced onion 1/2 a cup of onion paste 1 tbsp of ginger paste 1 tsp of garlic paste 1/2 tsp of coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup of milk Sugar to taste 7-8 green chilies A few drops of kewra + rose water

I'm Pakistani and married to a Bengali girl and this is by far my favorite chicken dish from any Desi food that my grandmother in law makes. I will have to use one of them to translate this for me so I can make it. The only thing I'd change is to fry the chicken in the same pot/pan where I'd make the sauce so no flavor is wasted.
