I used to think Amla was awesome until I met Bhringraj! Oh my goodness, that herb is a powerhouse! Great video with accurate information! ❤ I’m black with thigh length type 4 hair. “Black people can’t grow hair” is a myth and a lie from the pit of hell. Don’t believe lies! Best wishes on each of your hair journeys! 💖💖💖💖

Hi@Leah_Tewari thank you for sharing your feedback. You made me laugh when you said "a lie from the pit of hell 🤣" and I agree 100%. Unfortunately, people still believe and say this because maybe they have never seen anyone around them with dark skin and black hair. But information is now circulating that will help them to change the way they think ☺.

@janicewilliams5576 You are welcome. I am one week into a hair growth challenge using this tea daily on my scalp, and the first thing I noticed is decreased shedding. I aim to see how many inches I will gain within a month because I took a picture before using it. I will show the results in a video at the end of my challenge.

Thank You @sandyshore9199 for joining us ☺. I try to use Bhringraj as often as I can. I have recently started a hair growth challenge by applying my hair tea containing Bhringraj to my scalp daily. I can't wait to see the results in a couple of months and I will share it with you all on this channel. I encourage you to do a patch test first before using the Bhringraj or any other Herb you are trying for the first time. And don't forget to be consistent, your diet, adequate sleep, reduce stress when possible and exercise that works for your health ☺. Once again, a delightful Welcome.

How would you reccomend using it if i use clays and shikakai to wash my hair? I only want to use it on washday as my hair thrives when being left alone as much as possible except on washday. I wonder if it will be overkill to use bringray mask and after wash with shikakai

Hi @RobinLizac, I love this question. So, let us first address that you are absolutely correct about our hair thriving better when left alone. You are so on point. Now, for clays, I would not recommend using clays and shikakai together. On washdays, I suggest you cleanse your hair with a shikakai shampoo ( so add the shikakai powder to hot water, leave it to cool, and then strain out the powder and use the liquid as your shampoo. If you prefer to make shampoo from the shikakai pods, boil them until they are soft and leave them to cool, then strain them and use the liquid to wash your scalp and hair. Avoid contact with your eyes). Add some bhringraj powder to your favorite deep conditioner to make a mask. After washing your hair, apply your bhringraj hair mask. Apply it to your scalp, coat your hair thoroughly, and ensure you coat your ends well. Remember to give your scalp a good massage. Put on a shower cap and leave on your mask for 60 minutes, then rinse it with room temperature water. Now, you can cleanse your hair with clay wash once a month instead of using the shikakai shampoo and follow up with the bhringraj deep conditioner. Please remember, if it is your first time using these herbs, do a patch test. You can also prepare a hair tea using bhringraj and amla, and between washdays, when you want to rehydrate and moisturize your hair, use this tea.☺ Apply it to your scalp using a dropper or spray bottle and massage it well, only a little at a time. I would be happy to answer any other questions. I hope this helps.

@@selfcarevoyage Thank you so much for the elaborate instructions! I have used the Bhringraj mask, and it is just amazing! I love it, thank you so much. I am not a big fan of using the Amla and Bhringraj tea in between washes, Every time I put something on my scalp, even water, it starts to itch, so I leave it alone as much as I can.but the Amla tea after my wash is heavenly. This way, it works.
