This version adds the spookiness kind of vibe that this movie is! Very well sung! Had to search the internet for this version as soon as I was out of the theater!

every time the song played i literally got goosebumps- the first with shreya i literally got chills, and then was so shocked by the different composition of the male version- UFFF IT WAS SO SATISFYING TO HEAR. 10/10.

Why everyone is comparing Arijit's version with this I really can't understand !! Both the version are completely different then each other..scale, chord everything is different.. both the version are excellent loved it 👌👌

Dara diya yaar!!! The combo of Bhool Bhulaiya song's music in this song that is to increase the tension is absolutely brilliant. This is a must to watch in theatres only type of a song!

You can't change the essence of the song. That essence of the song is its "sur". Old is very gold.❤

For all people who are getting confused, yes, the voice for the male “Ami Je Tomar” was DEFINITELY Arijit Singh. However, he was replaced by Tushar Joshi for the film. And this isn’t the first time Arijit’s songs were sung by different singers in the film version. In Kabir Singh he sang Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage but he was replaced by Jubin Nautiyal.

@@manishgoyat1427 Yes but you must also realize that in a lot of cases when they are making songs, they get several singers to sing the song before choosing their final one. I only talked about Kabir Singh because that was an easy example. You will notice that even though Jubin Nautiyal sang the reprise version of “Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage”, his version was used and not Arijit Singh’s in the film.

I feel it... Cause it has more dense potential vibes and horror feelings .More over, night time ragas always remain significant for meditation and deep mind vibes to me... Where Shreya mam's voice was soo soulful and it carried a sweet but dense horror vibe which had recollected all historical dramatic views of the RajMahal scene of Manjulika and presented the final horror and psychic theme of the movie.. But with the new story line of Bhool Bhoolaiya 2 , this bhairabi raag based voice is amazing and it put every single moments perfectly of the entire movie

In the trailer when we heard ami je tomar it was in Arijit sir's voice but in the movie version it's sang by Tushar Joshi... But no doubt he also did a nice job 👍 But yaa this a type of classical song per according to me first ami je tomar which was sang by Shreya mam is better then this (own opinion)
