Thank you so much for this recipe. Made it today and its amazing. Never been able to make a decent curry at home and can't get over how good it tastes. Vegan so had to sub the curd for coconut milk and I don't know how much it changes the taste but its still great. Going to binge the rest of your videos now 💜
