Hello first let me thank you for posting such detailed videos it helps us a lot. My small request if possible could you review new escooter Smaash by Kick Ev. Has top speed of 108 and as well as range of 150 kms.

I don't know why , but motorbeam has always been biased towards bgauss. I mean there is no charging safety mechanism , the charger can be stolen while charging because there is no locking mechanism like aether etc

They are modifying the connector to L shape to lock the seat during charging time. To keep maximum under seat storege.. This charging port kept at this place. Thief can stole even entire scooter also not only charger. I think your not against bgauss.. Just sharing your thought is that true.!!!.

Is the battery detachable? How do I charge it after taking it home? Hu. Motor is vulnerable to submersion in monsoon. Any clarification on this please.

Yes its detachable,The lithium-ion battery used in BGauss is removable and can be charged at a regular 5A socket. All you have to do is plug the charger directly into the power outlet first and then into your e-scooters charging port.

Also, they are not returning my booking amount which I paid a few months back and immediately applied for cancellation. Bgauss seems dangerous

arai "claimed" range for ev is a joke. cant even get 200 out of an "arai claimed" 300kms range tiago. (even regen is set at max)

Pick up was very sluggish wonder if it has torque to climb lonavla mumbai Goa ghats....50 kmph is too low and no disc brakes....

It looks good and stylish design. Mean while With more than 20 battery safety features, safety is ensured at the highest level with Bgauss scooters.

There is space at the end of seat for wire. So seat can be kept closed

they are only giving 20k-25k for old scooter.

Maximum run in a single charge I got is 110 km.

Who noticed that it has charging point under the seat. And that is not ergonomical at all.

They should be 12 inches tyre in rear side. Top speed should have been given hundred km. Range also 250 km company should have given.

Ampere is a greaves subsidiary which has a lot more experience in manufacturing electric components compared to this bgauss . Please consider brand reputation as well because fire hazards are getting a lot more frequent.

Why ghosting the Battery replacement cost ??? All these KZreadrs seem to only promote stuff which gets them traffic on the channel while intentionally omitting out the customer side concerns on post sale service!!!

Are these chinese scooter or made on India... I dont understand how reliable these companies are.... There are many ev companies in india but dont know about their long term sales, services and reliability...

Seat remains open overnight while charging as charging socket is inside ? Rats 🐀🐁 will be very happy to munch in everything in boot space, what about battery theft when the seat remains open

The company is fooling the customer. Eco mode Range has been given between 80 to 85 only. Company claim 135 distance to empty 120 shows.but range only 80

The Bgauss company provide worst service to the customer. Maine 24-October-2023 ko is model ka bike kharida tha. Kharidne ke 15 din baad piched ka tyre jaam ho gaya. Service center me thik karne ke liye diya, to 4 baar customer care se follow up lene ke baad 1 mahine baad thik kar ke mila. Abhi Janury 2024 me uska battery kharab ho gaya, Battery replacement ko de ke 15 din ho gaye. Magar abhi tak abhi tak battery replace karke mili nahi. "Paisa Barbaad Bhailog". Jab se bike liya hai aadhe se jyada din to bike repairing ke liye service center me hi padhi rehti hai.

Bad company never buy i am from Bangalore. I bought Begauss B8 that's the worst vehicle. In a year 4 time i took to service. I got milage 30km on full charge no pickup and not good service

No disk brakes then this scooter will get scrap soonly

This vehicle nt giving 143km only 85km please dnt trust this vehicle

Useless. At a price of 126,153 EX SHOWROOM and a top speed of 50kmph this scooter is not even close to the competitors. OLA and TVS iQube are way better at this price range...

Recently i purchased this scooter but now i find multiple issues on this and also i went to showroom many times, still issue not resovled, very worst experience i ever seen like this
