Mike, looks like a fun day with surprises lol, googans going to make bfs is big, so many people fishing bfs now since I've heard of bfs, Mike used to say how doesn't eat fish and picky eater, until started hanging with the nuts at googans again lol, he ate all pounds of stuff as you may know lol, great video bro 👊, tyvm tc 🎣

likely! Many of these american brands also use OEM factories for some of their products. It's cheap and fast to bring to market!

How did you get the brake plate bearing out of the KastKing, mine does not want to come out and I am afraid of damaging something else? I love your video's informative and love your content! Would be very interested in how you became "Hooked" on fishing, Everyone has a story, My story started when I was around 8 or 9 years old ( I am 78 ), My Dad took me fishing at my Grandparent's farm pond in very rural N.E. Missouri, I was fishing with a 10-foot bamboo pole with a grasshopper that I caught in the cornfield, In a matter of seconds after lowering the line, the bobber disappeared, My Dad had to help me pull the fish out of the water it was a 3-pound Largemouth, I was hooked for life! (This was my first time fishing )

That was one Hella of a clip to remove! It took long thin tweezers to do it and it also bent it trying to pry it out. But it will certainly come out. And it would also fly... So do it inside a bag or something. I had to run around using a magnet to find it 😂 Thanks for sharing your fishing journey with me. Here is mine (condensed version) I got into fishing when I was young! Well I didn't start until later as family wasn't into it. But when I was little, some guy caught a huge carp at Tacony Creek Philadelphia. I watched him wrangle it and he brought the fish to my father and I to see it before letting it go. Ever since I was hooked. Because my family didn't fish nor did they have time to take me.. I bought a Super Nintendo game called Super Black Bassin ft Hank Parker at Funcoland (before they merged and became Gamestop) ! It Was my fav game for a long time. Bought a few PC games as well... During middle school, I Moved to a new house in the Suburbs and they had a creek down the street. It had creek chubs, eels and sicker fish and other darters. I would micro fish most of them until I had a car in high school and then I started expanding my fishing styles by exploring different waters and tackle! After college, I asked myself... When should I get a boat. But given I was in debt... I found my coworker was a kayak Angler. So I ended up getting a kayak and was hooked! Then 2nd kayak came when I got myself a house. Then 3rd kayak when the Hobie mirage drive started to become more popular. And here I am... Almost 40 years old and is fixated on finesse baitcasting setups. The journey never ends as I explore new tackle and new species of fish :) i wish you best of luck this fall as the bite is on! 🎣

Scent? No not really. I tried a few and scent in my opinion, is not effective. Lures needs to be In fused for it to work good. Else it will just slide right off immediately. So I rather not let money slide off my wallet as I need em for fishing and content creation lol

It would actually be sick if googan extended the crappie baits line because then it would be perfect BFS baits. The sizes of googan crappie baits are basically perfect for bfs as is too. Maybe a micro version of the trench hawg or the krackin craw?

Recalibrated the drag on my ultralight and light combos last week. Haven't messed with them cause been using my main weapons.

U know.. i never actually done any drag calibration with my UL. I know fanatics does as it help create a challenge that one can measure. I just change on the fly as needed, but, I may do so in the future :)

My neighbor had the drag maxed out on the spincasters. So had to dial it back and get them reset to my drag preference.

Those swimbaits are 100% Sierra slammer swimbaits 🤔
