    I’ve been fortunate enough to justify the state buying these for my work rig. Three sets of KM2’s and now the KM3’s. As a forester and wildland firefighter mine are wonderful and wouldn’t want anything but. Road noise is only noticeable when the tread depth is low. Throwing rooster tails of mud when pulling a car on a muddy road for two miles. Thought I was a speed boat! Love them. Thanks for the videos you two.

    Hey Michael, I bought my KM-2s and about 3 months later the KM-3s came out. I was a bit bummed about that. I put a 3" lift on the FJ 80 just before I got my tires. I didn't do anything about the pan-hard bar. Well here we are 35 K miles later and I keep getting a funny wear pattern on the rear tread. Well Thanks to Delta Vehicle Systems I got the pan-hard lift bracket and the ride is so much better and there is no more wiggle in the back end. I highly recommend the piece of hardware. Keep it rolling Michael, I'm getting Tituss ready for the trails.

    Great content!! Love the km3’s!!! I run the 7.50R/16E’s on a 2” lifted two door Jeep jk and they really go in our red clay mud in our environments. The 7.50’s really pull well, now they aren’t in the mud tire category as an interco tsl but one couldn’t expect them to be. Kn3’s are a very road friendly tire compared to the intercos and they get the job done nicely!!

    Well, I ordered a set of 5 KM3s in 255/85r16 for my 80. Really was looking for the Toyo M-55 in the same size, but the KM3 seems great and available from just about everywhere. The M-55 appears elusive and harder to procure now. This is my first M/T and my first oversized tire (even if only a little). I also became an Overland Bound member by way of wife and kids for my bday a couple weeks ago. Just received my badges, will really need this 10 extra HP - is that per badge or combined - to spin around all that extra rubber. Cheers to the community. Michael, still holding out on building my drawer system until your final build. Seems like it’s gonna be epic.

    @@kazanovanova3466 KO2's are my favorite all around all terrain tire and they work great in snow. If you want something that works better look at a dedicated snow tire or a more street oriented all season tire with the 3 peak snow symbol. Beware that not all 3 peak tires do better then those without the 3 peak symbol. It just means the manufacturer paid for winter testing so they can add the symbol. I tried some falcon wild peaks because off all the internet hype, and found them to perform much worse than the ko2's without the 3 peak symbol....

    My KM3 MTs only have about 8,000 miles of on and off road use. They’re doing great. 1. My tires are loud.....and I love when people hear me coming. 2. My tires climbed a muddy hillside (in the rain, no lockers) while others tried but failed because they had AT tires. 3. My tires are aggressive so the make my JK look like a beast. 4. My KM3 MTs weren’t made to get 60,000 miles out of them. They’re made to be abused off-road. I’m ok with that. I’m sure I’ll be buying another 5 tires in two years🤷🏽‍♂️.

    The KM3'S are a great looking tire. I am going to say if you are running a 3/4 ton and up especially if it's a diesel. You may want to look at a different tire. I run them on my truck and on my Jeep. They do great on the jeep ( E rated on both Jeep & truck) Great on a lighter vehicle. If you like the look of a mud tire but would want to get more mileage I'd recommend a different one. I'll admit the performance is good. Longevity not so much. Hope this helps someone and great video.

    I must admit, I love the BF KO2, but they are atrocious in wet conditions! Before I started using the BFG's, I only used the Cooper STT tires, which is one of the best tires out there (my opinion)( I don't know why they stop making them????). The STT's were much better in wet conditions and snow than my BF KO2's, but I reckon the KM3 will be a better all-rounder for me, driving sand, mud, and occasionally snow when I travel to Lesotho Highland. Thanks for your review, I love BF's and 4x4 and all rugged equipment!!! Lastly, BF's are tuff tires that will endure all types of terrains!!!

    I owned 2 YJ's (more than 20 years ago) both had BFG tires on them, don't know the type anymore, what I do know is they lasted for ever. So when I bought my TJ 2001 4.0 sport a few years ago, I knew I had to get me some KO2 33" All terrain tires. I rotated them every 3000 miles, they are balanced perfectly and have an even wear on all 4 tires. 35% they are used on sand/dirt roads, when we take the dog for a walk. The other 65% is around town on asphalt yet they need to be replaced because the thread is almost gone. I managed to get only about 18.155 miles of use out of them. I'm easy on the gas, I can assure you, we pay 9 Dollar a gallon over here ;-) I can't say this for a fact, but I noticed I'm not the only one with this poor experience, or do they ship the "bad tires" to the Netherlands? I can only conclude that BFG is not what they used to be . . . I'm thinking about cooper tires. Anyone first hand experience with the KO3's?

    So we just recently bought a 4runner I put an old man emu 3 inch lift on because my goal is to ultimately put on 285s of the km3. My question is we have a lot to add on still like armor is my next priority but I know that if I have a set of mud terrains it will help us tremendously offroad. I currently have set of ironman all country at on and can get a set of the mts for like 650 dollars and more quickly have money to spend on armor and such. Or would you hold out and just by the km3s the first round?

    I'm not the only one who noticed that the packages aren't just shoved into a box and tossed out the door, right? The shirts are folded and all the trinkets are placed on top and the entire thing is wrapped in tissue paper before being closed with a sticker. That is detail oriented. What, should I have commented on the tire? Meh, they don't make them for my subi. Lol

    On a little truck like that, a tire like that properly aired and rotated..... should last 60k. But on a 2500-3500 45k with that rubber left would actually be something to talk about.

    I do not, though I have often thought for a long duration long distance trip I may consider it. For to Sierras and crawling over rocks, I want the tire width.

    @highroller4010

    Yeah if you're doing any kind of rock crawling a wider tire combined with airing down gives maximum traction. You want the most amount of surface area contacting whatever you are going over which you get next to none of with skinny tires

    I have gotten over 73K miles so far on my KM's, and have loved them. Debating between KO2 and KM3 on next set, do more highway/road driving than off road and we get snow where I live. Really loved my KM's so leaning toward the KM3, but maybe the KO2 is better for my overall driving? Any thoughts?

    We are in the same boat, I live in The Arizona desert 🏜/ city 🏙 and I want something aggressive but BFG cause my 12 Jeep came with BGF all terrain at/ & I love them . Even though they weren’t 35s I’m going with KM3 I think.. cause I already know the KO2s are really impressive. I have like 2-3 nails just on one tire itself and never took them off and they became part of the tire since I stopped off-roading due to it being custome fix ..
