So basically, how this works is If you get 1,096 votes, you actually get 1+0+9+6 votes, or 16 votes. So, if there was an elimination and the votes are like this: Shovely: 1,287 Votes Pepper: 3,118 Votes Cup: 6,024 Votes Conditioner: 10,095 (Normaly Eliminated) The votes would be like this: Cup: 6+0+2+4=12 Votes Pepper: 3+1+1+8=13 Votes Conditioner: 1+0+0+9+5=15 Votes Shovely: 1+2+8+7=18 Votes (Eliminated) And then Conditioner, who would normally be eliminated, replaces Shovely in votes. So if next time, Shovely gets 1,900 votes (or 1+9+0+0 or 10 votes) Conditioner would get that many votes.

To make it easy to explain I’ll use Iance as an example So in BFB 2 this was the official vote order for the Iance members: Least Votes Bubble Ruby Lightning Snowball Flower Match Fanny Pencil Most Votes As we all know, Pencil got eliminated that episode, but imagine that somebody decided to make a video like this video and the elimination order ended up like this Least Votes Lightning Ruby Flower Match Snowball Pencil Bubble Fanny Most Votes Now Fanny is eliminated with the most votes, and since Pencil was originally eliminated in BFB 2, Pencil replaces Fanny, or in other words Pencil takes Fanny’s place Now any votes that were casted against Fanny in BFB will now be casted against Pencil since Fanny has been replaced by Pencil The main reason why we do this is because contestants who are eliminated are unable to receive votes in episodes after their elimination, for example when Iance loses again in BFB 11, these were the official results in BFB 12 Least Votes Bubble Lightning Ruby Fanny Flower Snowball Match Most Votes Since Pencil was already eliminated officially she didn’t receive any votes that episode, but this is where the replacement method happens, because Fanny got eliminated in the new voting results, Pencil ends up taking Fanny’s place New BFB 12 results where Fanny gets eliminated in BFB 2: Least Votes Bubble Lightning Ruby Pencil (Replacing Fanny) Flower Snowball Match Most Votes That’s basically what replacing means, sorry if this is too long and over explained but I wanted to try and make it clear as possible without messing up my words and making it confusing
