How fast and far this country has fallen, a Supreme Court justice behaving this way, I don't recognize the US anymore, wow.
This should have been news 4 years ago. It's quite troublesome how long it takes for such important news to break so many years later. Regardless, shame on our so-called "Supreme" Court. The court really needs to be relabeled as the Inferior Court of the United States.

If my neighbor was a SCOTUS justice and right after Jan 6 I saw that flag flying, I’d have been really, really scared.
It's really sad that Alito's neighbors were afraid to say anything about the flag flying upside down at the Alito home four years ago. Alito shouldn't just recuse himself, he should step down from the Supreme Court.
Here’s a question for everyone; if they don’t obey the law or the rules, then why should any of us
How can he in good conscience stay in his position when he knows that himself and others have skirted the rules of ethics and run smack dab into out and out Currupted.

I listened to the Alito confirmation hearings and remember thinking very distinctly "this is a bad guy. We can't put him on the most powerful court in the country". I was right.
Things like this are natural outcomes of a system where those in power decide how much power those in power should have.
The Judge needs a competency hearing, body language assessment and whatever else the CIA do to determine a traitor .
Where is a statement from the American Bar Association? Why don't they pull the law licenses of the In-Justices?
My thoughts as well. What took the neighbor or neighbors so long ?

What used to be a respectable Supreme Court, has become Supreme Parody and Entertainment gathering place.
