4.5 cups of flour (540 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
For the filling,
300 grams of spinach.
parsley.
100 grams of cheddar cheese.
100 grams of curd cheese.
salt-chili pepper-black pepper-cumin.
For the above,
1 glass of milk (100 ml).
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (50 ml).
cooking,
