About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

This man had me hanging on his every word. Along with his intelligence, knowledge and objective stance, he maintained a monotoned, yet very balanced and poised speech. What i like about that is, that he didn't get all preachy or use dramatic posturing or tonality like a preacher would or an actor. He just delivered the truth and didn't need to resort to narcistic theatrics to deliver an excellent presentation. Well done.

What I do or need is none of your business. My country is none of your business. YOUR country is your business - look up American debt clock and try to pay that off. You couldn't if you tried.

+Mar d Obama has run it up more than any of our presidents before him. You are correct about that. It is hard to pay for Canada's defense. Must be nice to know you do not have to spend that much on your defense budget knowing that America will always have your back!!

I know this is 5 years old, but Hussein *did* kill thousands of Kurdish people with gas weapons. Well, at least that was what was in the news back in the late 80's. Unless mustard gas doesn't count as a WMD.

Talk about the chemical weapons Sadamm used to kill thousands of innocent women and children. He gets in a car with men that have hoods on........he is an idiot......not brave....there is a difference!
