What about the traumas? What if they are most of your memory

Traumas are a different kind of animal. Remunerating, thinking about a memory, over and over will only make it grow. In this regard, you are resisting the memory, there's an organizing principle that 'anything you resist Will only persist an amplify'. You must replace the traumatic thought with another more positive thought. This is a tedious task, esp. if there is an intrusive energy, an intrusive entity or if you need a soul retrieval. (All of these issues are explained in my book which you can get on Amazon: "Release fear and anxiety in 1 day".) I have done over 10,000 client sessions and these 'intrusives' are more common than not. Ultimately, they cause confusion, which is the opposite of empowering yourself with clarity. A trauma could be the repetition of a vibrational occurrence from a past life, as whatever happens in a past life almost always repeats itself, in some variation frequency-wise, in this lifetime until it is healed.
