The thing about Beyoncé that I always notice & admire in her documentaries is that when she's correcting her band / crew or giving them instructions it's never in a mean way or with a nasty attitude .❤ Which it just shows you that yes you can be a perfectionist & want things right but it doesn't mean you need to treat the people around you like garbage . I think a lot of celebrities need to take some notes on that! If Beyoncé can do it at her level there's no excuse for all these little pop stars or movie stars to be acting entitled & thinking there better than everyone! #Icon #WorkEthic #Humility #HardWork

She will of been working out while pregnant and after, but have you seen the dances she does (Single Ladies, Run The World, End of Time, Crazy in Love)? You don't just fall back into that. It takes dedication and a lot of practice. And it's an entirely different kind of work out.

I wish I went to the concert. Great way to kick off the grand opening. Revel was made famous because of her concert too bad their gambling revenue only made it to $13.9 million though. Hopefully she performs there again soon

This is why she is a wonderful entertainer she puts her everything into the show. She's involved with every aspect of the show every break, Let's just say you go and see her def money well spent. She's my idol for a reason Beyonce is the epitome of wonderful black business woman and true inspiration for what I want to do with my life.

For people who work out very often as I'm sure she has to with the job she has, skipping a week or two does seem like a long time to them. She probably only skipped a couple of weeks and doing that won't gain enough weight to be noticeable. Also some people lose a lot of baby weight very quickly after pregnancy. My sister bounces back quickly after pregnancy, after a week she looked like her regular self, but then again that is active people for you. Sorry for the long diatribe, enjoy the video!
