Wow, Beyonce's hair looks healthy and she has colored treated hair too! I firmly believe in protective styles because I big chop almost 2 years ago and my hair is now at my shoulders thanks to protective styles such as wearing headband wigs, braids, twist and taking care of my hair by using quality products. I purchased Cecred scalp and hydrating shampoo, and these two products alone have been great in helping me maintain a clean scalp, primarily since I work out 5-6 times a week. People need to stop hating celebrities like Beyonce, who are showing proof that her products work! I applaud her!

That woman was blessed all around and some people just won’t be able to take it or believe the truth. Her Mom told everyone a number of times when her hair was out through the years. When they started the mess after she was open and sharing her pregnancy, the people complained and ran with saying her stomach collapsed ( even though clothes fold exactly the way her dress did when you bend down), she became more private after that and I don’t blame her. I’m happy that she did this to show people.

Because there were comments from people who literally said they were mad at her for not showing her hair, mad at her for creating haircare because they don’t believe she should be in this space etc. I didn’t use the term mad just because. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, and that doesn’t mean you’re mad or upset if you do have a differing opinion; however, that doesn’t negate the fact that there were people who were made and upset about it .

Learning YOUR hair and how to care for it is the KEY ingredient for growth. No one product is going to work for EVERYONE. This is genius marketing strategy on Queen Bee's team. Given that she came out with a _celebrity_ haircare line, I don't see a problem with people wanting to see her actual hair. Other celebrities have no problem promoting their products by using it on themselves, why should Beyoncé be any different? I do have a problem with the anti-black sentiments and the degrading of black women's hair that some people on *both sides* of this issue are doing.

I will say however Bey’s hair is supposed to be long and healthy. It’s the genetics + infinite resources to keep it that way… no product did that solely 🙃

I can definitely understand how that had people confused.

You failed to mention the video she released was filmed on the same night of the launch. She simply decided not to release it back then. So, she did not make the video as a response. Meanwhile, all the bald C.E.O with the biggest hair brands in the market have not been asked to show their hair, how they use it, or their face. People have selective anger.

I remember seeing videos of her mom doing her hair too. Right around the time the album *B’Day* dropped, there was an at-home video of Ms Tina doing her daughter’s hair and saying out loud how she had kept Beyoncé’s hair intact all these years.

I agree that the products need to speak for themselves. Why in the world would you just buy a product based on the face attached to it and not because of the product itself? Personally, I really don't care whether Beyonce shows her hair or not as long as the products work! I do eventually plan on buying her products.....but after using up my current stash.

I agree with you, I need products to speak for themselves. I tried Fenty not because Rihanna was putting it on her face, but because I had a hard time finding a foundation shade. I was disappointed because I couldn't find a shade for myself even though she came out with so many shade ranges.

I dont care how “up and close” she gets…….still not buying that overpriced overhyped hair product just because she put her name on a private label brand. SHE DID NOT USE HER OWN PRODUCT TO GROW HER HAIR THAT LONG. That’s the difference.

I think its is good that celebrities go into marketing other businesses. If they depend on one line they can go broke fast.

My biggest pet peeve is that influencers talk to EVERYONE in this tone they only really mean to use on the rare hater which makes up like 1% of the people. Please speak to the smartest in the room not the dumbest.
