Of course she forgets to put the microphone back up to her face when she executes that incredibly wicked run at the end... (Though being Beyonce and all, her voice is still audible even that far away from the mic, allowing the run--however faint--to be heard regardless of the distance.)

But it's her, her, really singing live, just her own back ground vocals are dubbed and she doesn't have to have the Mic to her mouth because it's going to play anyway, it's part of the sound.
