All singers who wear an in ear monitor perform amazingly and that's what alot of stars who can sing don't sound very well on stage because they don't have that ear piece. It works wonders and really gives you the confidence to open your mouth and sing without worrying about being off key

In kpop you just focus on them because of their body and face, and they struggle a lot with stage presence. Beyonce can stand alone on a stage and it looks epic, and kpop has 10 people on the same stage, yet it looks crowded and empty at the same time.

She transcends when she sings "Crazy".

hung phamjunior no dude, you are stupid. And you can't read as well. Where am I comparing Xtina and B? Basically, what I said is that both singers let their backing vocals do all the singing while they are doing dancing routine. Just check any video of Bey doing Crazy in Love. The whole chorus is done by her backing vocals while she does the strut. Which is kinda ok since no one can really sing and do complicated dancing. What Beyonce is doing is quite impressive, but she is not the best singer or dancer out there, it is just that media is pushing her down our throats. I am always surprised in a very negative way how fanatics like you respond to any negative comments about her.
