I love BewhY as a rapper and as a person, but honestly, he could've used that money for better causes than tithing. Churches make so much money as is. I knew a "pastor" who had a small church and the guy made over a $200,000 a year from that little church and this was over 10 years ago.

Honestly, its a rather sensitive topic but not all Churches are the same. And maybe his tithe had been related to a promise & he got it, we never know. I agree in some ways with you as even the bible has never told you to tithe only to your church, he could have used the tithe giving to charitable organizations etc..

I don't know whether you are Christian or not. For Christian, tithe is a must. We have to give 1 out of 10 from what we earn.

No one should ever question how someone uses his/her own money especially when it comes to giving back to the Lord. We dont own anything we have. It's all from Him. And if someone uses that money that was given to the Lord, he/she is accountable to the Lord. Giving to the church is not being unwise, it's being grateful to the Lord and acknowledging that He is Lord over our life.
