Abhi March and April ke booking ki vehicle delivery chalu hai, Aap Royal Enfield ke regional manager ko call karo aapke area ka. Unka num apko showroom main mil jayega, display kiya hota hai.

Booked Stellar on 23rd Jan 2021 and am still waiting....never received any correspondence in any form from R.E or from the showroom till date regarding booking status.

I received the bike yesterday after 108 days in Pune. You will not receive any communication from RE and dealer wherever you go. If you ask either of them, you will get a standard delayed delivery reply. Demand is too high. Be patient.

Same thing happened with me also. In goa there are 2 showrooms 1 company owned another one is of dealer. When I visited company owned showroom they said if you will customize the vehicle we will deliver it to you in 45 days. I agreed but during booking I had an argument with the Showroom so I decided to move to the 2nd showroom which is a dealer based They directly said no one can give you bike before 3 months if anyone is claiming then they are lying. I booked my Supernova from Dealer based I got my delivery after 110 days. And my friend booked the same with coustmization with those fake promises from company owned he is still waiting today it's around 70 days.

Same happened with me as well I paid money on 18 Jan but no confirmation receipt again I went on 25th Jan then they realised that they haven't forwarded my order, then they book and gave me the receipt but I was angry and dissatisfied with them but they said we will deliver the bike in 45 days and that's for sure... Exactly after after 1 month 10 days I went to showroom for my bike status and suddenly they said bike will not be delivered till 4 months ... I was in completely confused and I couldn't do anything.... Later I call to the manager and had to talk to him in a very rude and harsh manner to deliver my bike as soon as possible. Then manager said that please meet me on April 15th to confirm my bike status.... But I'm lucky enough that I got a call telling me that your bike got delivered to your showroom on 9th April.... I'm happy that I recieved my bike within 2months 15 days.... My advice is to talk to them as hard as possible if they fasle promise u and tell them that if bike doesn't get on time according to the showroom policy then u have to return the money... And don't encourage them to give extra money and get your order soon, that will effect the others also.....

I booked Meteor on 15 Jan and dealer in Hyderabad (Royal Engineer) gave me in writing that they will provide bike within 2 months. But unfortunately, till date I have not received anything. I escalated this and even Regional Manager is not able to help me in this.

I was quoted a different amount for meteor supernova from a dealer in mira bhayander (2,28,000) while the website showed 2,26,000 on road price), when I confronted the dealer about it he told me that online prices are not acceptable by Royal enfield dealers and he gave me a print of prices of all re bikes with meteor supernova at 2.28 lacs. Shockingly when i reached home i got an email with a proper quotation from royal enfield with the name of that particular dealer and price 2.26 lac. If they do this at the time of selling one could only imagine what kind of after sales service they would be providing

Yeah they charged for temporary registration (650) and increased road tax (1200) something. They never spoke about this for whole 3 months and at the end they said the price to pay. Royal Enfield is not the problem, dealership people will try to do golmaal with us.

Hi i had booked RE meteor 350 in july 2020 and the estimated price was 2.73 lakhs. Now after 5 months of waiting the bike has finally arrived but the price has been hiked to 2.99 lakhs, a 23k price hike. Im disappointed and I don't know if i should buy it or not.

If u booked bike on July then u need to pay whatever quote u received at the time of booking. Price hike is not applicable for you, it is applicable those who are booked after Sept. 2021 Call Customer care they will send u mail regarding ur price and even u will get additional one year warranty as well.

Bhai maine kal classic 350 book kiya direct dealership pe jaakar, dealer ne mera mobile number aur email id liya tha par mujhe dealer ne sirf ek 5000 ki receipt de di aur kuch nahi… booking id bhi nahi di hai aur mujhe RE ki taraf se koi SMS ya fir mail nahi aaya hai. Maine RE app me same number se login kiya toh vahan “no bookings found” bata raha hai “motorcycle booking” tab me Kya karna chahiye?? Ek hi din hua hai book karke dealer ke paas, message aur mail toh turant aana chahiye na RE ki taraf se??

1) Akshat if u want to book bike go to showroom and book, 2) At this time waiting period is 4 months so u need to wait. 3) call near by re showroom, to check whether they have any cancellation bike, so u will get as soon as possible. 4) U can't track bike process on app like Amazon 5) Both the bikes are good, check waiting period and book accordingly.

Isme galti sabki hai ...person was made aware that booking period is 3 months as per company policy. Still he was roaming around to get it before. Now this showroom saw an opportunity and exploited it. But it started from the person who has a intent to get it before company could deliver

I have booked Royal Enfield Meteor Custom Black Fireball on 12 March, 2022... The Delivery date was mentioned on 24th May, 2022.. However, as on 16th May, 2022, the chassis number has not yet been allotted.. The showroom has mentioned that it might take longer... Can you say by when I am getting my delivery? @@SushilShindeVlogs I didn’t get message but they gave booking id . I saw booking id in there system. I told that I didn’t get any message on my phone. On 2nd day They saw on system and wrote down on my reciept. I booked on 2nd March,2021.

It might be not displaying because of community guidelines. Even I can't see.

I booked customised meteor 350 fireball white on 14 th nov .. got it on 2nd December.. everything is good bt the helmet they hv provided is cheap quality . RE even stop providing key chain .. RE is becoming Apple phone. 😂

The meteor delivery delay is a Pan India problem I think. At the time of booking the dealer is giving assurance that your bike will come in 2 months. But after 4 months have passed what they are saying... Giving a mail to me about my delivery date again revised to one month later date. Now according ro RE I will get my bike after 1 month. That too is of no certainity. Acha chutiyapa he customers ko bebkuf banane ka

Sir Royal Enfield 350es km se km kitne din me delivery deti hai?

20 days is minimum delivery period. If they have bike with them then u can get delivery within one day

Yes, If on road price will be 2,00,000/- then at the time of delivery u need to pay only 1,90,000/-

RE is looting money in the name of customisation. If you guys are customising with new changes, then they also have to hand over the parts which got replaced, which they're not doing it. Why do we need to customise the paint job and pay extra, I really don't understand. Pure way of looting the customer. Think before customising your bike

Sushil bhai...i driven RE from last 18 year...original classic, not only by name....that time re dealers was good, but this theft and misguidance increased...that's why I moved to Honda highness...and truly saying...much better bike and customer services....you actually feel honoured customer

Both the bike are excellent, but in traffic and on narrow roads highness will perform better.

I booked on January 20th. It was supposed to have 90 days waiting period. But the tentative date after I booked was May 20th After frequent enquiry about the delivery status they email me that I will get only after June 1st week. That means almost 5 month waiting period. Bro u shouldn't have booked using MIY. Its a trap. Money is non refundable. My friend who booked on January 21 hrough showroom booking is going to get his bike this week
