This is the poorer section of Beverly Hills, not the mega mansions you usually think of when you hear Beverly Hills, those are in the nearby hills.

i think this is from "The Flats" area of beverly hills. cheaper than those mega mansions uphill but still expensive

Yes I agree, but there are big mansions in this area too, I won't say all, that's simply because their acres are not so big to admire the beauty!

Beautiful home but to close to neighbors for the amount they cost.
