Dirk is the one I feel the worst for. Dude saved their lives from a frozen wasteland and they proceeded to make him give up on life entirely. There's chaotic good, and chaotic evil. And then there's just absolute chaos.

I was waiting from the start for Frank, I knew he would show up 😂 Also props to Rob for being an amazing actor! I forgot most of the time that it was just him playing against himself, it really felt like they were all completely different people

Holy smokes what a phenomenal idea. I'm so glad these poor, poor, hilarious NPCs got a second round of showcasing, cause so many of them were just bombshell moments

I want to see them meet Frank's ghost, and try to resolve his unfinished business. But knowing Baradun and the dickheads they would probably just end up sending him to hell...

@@trianime on top of that, the character was wearing a pearl necklace. That whole character is just a walking pile of incredibly dirty euphemisms and innuendos, to the point where I almost think it needs to be rated for mature, lol.

The "It's a working title" gag gets me every time 😂 Also, someone really needs to talk to Dirk. That guy needs to get it out of his chest... The locket... He needs to take the locket off his chest and tell us, what's that about huh? What's the deal with that lock... et.?

The evidene for "are we the baddies" just keeps on piling up.

Rob's fake crying is too damn realistic. Kudos, but also dammit. I'm too much of a sap, it sets me off every time, Rob!

I can't handle Robs acting sometimes. Like I have to convince myself he's someone else for real and not just acting, because his sad and depressed characters are too real and it's easier to just think they're different persons. Because otherwise it makes me think Rob is only so good at acting out this pain, because he knows it himself and that makes me way too sad. But if I think it's Dirk being depressed, then Dirk died, weeell that's sad and all, but it's over and also, Dirk is not real. Rob is real. And (hopefully) "just" a really good actor.

So many fantastic moments. "This is the worst birthday ever!" and "Locket, locket, locket. .... Favourite traumas?" always pop back in my mind.

I LOL'd so hard in that initial episode with Frank. Toughest old man ever. "this is the worst birthday ever" roflmao

Rob is so talented. he's a brilliant mathematician, the best DM and a really great actor. it takes a lot of passion to turn an NPC from a stat block into a character people can care about, relate to or torment.

I'm always impressed how well he acts out the female voices. As I heared Pearls voice, I was like "Holy shit! It really sounds like a woman's voice!" 😅

It's crazy to think this campaign has been going for almost 2 years and it's still just as entertaining. So many characters and events, videos like this are awesome to call back on them. Poor Dirk. I wait for the day Hamish returns... well his character anyways. Glad he's got to return to play Byrons character during the green screen shoot.

I just want an interview with the frog king conral, I imagine it will be ser-vey introducing him and as conral lists off his many titles ser-vey tries to cut him off and canral keeps shouting insolence and tries to start again 😂

I think the only stable NPC left after encountering The Dickheads is Bodger's brother. 😁 Waiting for Sir Vey to bring in Kettlesteam for an interview. ouuh... and that birdman who has to dive and save Bodger. I bet he got a word or two in mind for a particular Dickhead. lol

So this is what happens when Rob gets bored and decides to play with himself. On camera.

Frank looks remarkably intact for someone whose got a collapsed lung followed by being brutally stabbed in the stomach and then decapitated.

I completely forgot that Frank's son was raised from the dead by Inquisitor Bonecaller. Now that Bonecaller is going to meet the party, we could actually see Frank's son in the campaign as well.

Feels somehow completely fitting that Sir Vey just traumatized all of these poor NPCs even more! (All that time interviewing Baradun and the Dickheads, they may have started to be a bad influence...)

My multiple personalities speaking to each other while I sleep:

When Rob says 'watch this space' on his twitch stream, you know good things are happening! Sir Vey, please arrange a support group for these poor poor souls! Baradun and the d'heads are clearly the actual villains here, leaving so much heartache, death, trauma and general destruction on their travels! ❤️😂

"Well, perhaps he is at peace now", said master Padrick, but now I see even that was taken from me. 😔 Dirk, forever remembered. Loved this episode, even Sor Vey himself looked a little queasy 😂

That genuine plea for help with the title. Just utter perfection.

Oh no, the chaos and despair brought by BATD is contagious! It's spreading from all those poor souls to those who talk to them! Before long, only an emtpy shell will be left of the mighty, confident and handsome God of Interviews that Sir Vey once was...

Those poor traumatised NPCs. The ones I feel for most are Pearl and Dirk. A helpful woman who just wanted to sell masks, and a poor goliath who just wanted to do something nice for a roaming band of adventurers. Good deeds never go unpunished.

What's better than 1 Rob? 5 Robs! Didn't realize how many Robs they've just straight up scarred for life (and in death for some) and willing to bet there's plenty more (Robs) to come that are not going to enjoy their time because of Baradun and the Dickheads in some form or another. If caused physical pain then most likely because of B.O.B. possibly suggested by Greg. If emotional or mental pain/anguish then definitely because of Bodger for prying, or Baradun/Greg for illusions of someone who hasn't been seen for while or is presumed dead or for burning someone with fireball or Poppy, if B.O.B. then because he probably just exploded someone they cared about. Can't wait to see where this story continues to go and how many more lives they destroy in the process. One of my favorite Behind the Dice videos so far!

Ahh the trail of shattered souls they left in their wake. Poor Dirk, poor Pearl! We need more of these. One on our favorite ginger haired cleric might be nice. I honestly want to know if she knew or guessed whether Greg had a crush on her or not 😄

Yaris Goldhorn come down you're the next contestant. Seriously though would be fun to see some of their enemies come in and get interviewed

I think "locket, locket, locket, locket" might be the funniest moment in the series. you guys are all so good at getting into character. Rob is really good at convincing me he's different people.

This had to be the best one of all. It truly shows how impactful the party can be

He mentioned several times in his behind the scenes in twitch, that he keeps a list of the things they do and the alignment of those actions, like wanting to burn down the forest, stealing masks, etc. And yes, it seems to be heavily weighted to chaotic evil, lol.

Man Dirks performance here really made me realize how much VLDL treats this as a game and doesn't get immersed in the world, I feel really bad for Dirk. I think you did a great job with his background and his personality, too bad his storyline was cut so short.

"Sir Vey's Survey Format Show We Are Not Allowed to Call Sir Vey's Surveys" is always a treat.

So... That's what you get for having a chaotic neutral squad roaming around

It's amazing how he can display the characters emotions and backstory. Dude was pretty amazing at displaying how these npcs would feel and respond to how these guys are so irresponsible with their actions.

Loved this! I feel so bad for Dirk and Pearl, they truly did not deserve what happened to them. I feel bad for Frank and Dude too but honestly, they put themselves in their situations(and I admit I laughed at Frank's death ☠️😂)

Lorquin, where are your gorgeous subtitles? I love them especially since the ruined NPCs are one of my favorites and the subtitles give them so much more despair 😅 VLDL, I love your work! Please stay how you are and continue being an awesome bunch of creative people!
