My parents owned a guest house in Douglas, the TT is the most awesome time every year, I've never experienced anything like it. I was a marshal at St. Ninians one year, worked in the palace hotel another year, the island comes alive and yearns for the TT every year. Long may it continue to bring joy and accolades to the absolute mad men that race that course.

Milky is addicted to TT. The smile on his face every time he thinks about. 😍

I was lucky to be able to fly in get 4 laps on Manx weekend on a RD350 and the fly out . The wave of euphoria that come over me after the 4laps was so amazing that I managed to miss my flight home… what an amazing place! Shout out to Lance & kath for the bike ❤

Oh man, you gotta watch the movie/documentary about Joey Dunlop and the Dunlop family, entitled 'Road'.

Having drove the TT course in my car, two things stood out to me. 1) the road is nowhere near as wide as it looks on the fish eye lens of the cameras, 2) The weather.. It can be sunny down the mountain, and thick fog so dense you can't see 6 feet if front of you up the mountain. The IoM TT is nuts!!

TT+ is the best thing to happen for us fans over here in the states. Already signed up for this year. Cannot wait. Please keep this awesome content coming.

@@TTRacesOfficial Thanks! I've been waiting for coverage for years as well. I was able to obtain some ITV4 recordings back in 2010, 2011 but not the same thing as watching live. I plan on making a trip to the island in a few years when my kid is a bit older and can enjoy the experience as well.

Before knowing anything about the TT , I always wondered if high speed road races happen anywhere in the world on public roads..... It was like a dream , I use to imagine as a kid while riding my bicycle fast in narrow streets of India. Then 7-8 years back I heard about the TT , and to this day it blows my mind , it's my wish to come and witness it live in the Isle. Awesome upload , love from India.

Ireland is the road racing hub. There are 15 different races. Nowhere else in the world has this.

I could listen to these guys and watch this racing all day, absolute balls of steel! Brilliant! 🙏🏽🏍

If there’s one thing to take from this series…..it’s the riders who just get it, they understand what it is about the mountain course that’s bites you on the ankle, then doesn’t let go….like a Jack Russell, it keeps nipping away at you , you don’t know why you are drawn back, apart from the sheer love and the thrill ……because any sane person would look at it , and go …..no way……but they come back every year regardless…..👍🇮🇲💪

Try living within walking distance of the mountain course….5 mins from my backyard, I used to live in Kirk Michael….3 feet from the bikes going past…..we could stand at our front door and they literally went past within touching distance, I grew up with it, my dad was a flag marshal, ive marshalled, my mum has, and now my wife is signed up for 2023 to marshal…👍🇮🇲

I’ve had this argument with MotoGP and BSB fans many times. It’s two drastically different races. Riding for first in a pack vs riding solo against the clock. Guys like say, Michael Dunlop, will destroy any MotoGP or BSB racer on the course. But in BSB, he’s not even average. Same with Dean Harrison and Conor Cummins. Even John McGuinness was just ok in BSB. But again, they’d destroy Marquez at IOM.

I love the TT for my one of the best Races.....

I bought my Bike, because I watched a program here in Brazil I was hallucinated with what I saw, that was in 2014 since then I follow the TT, and here in Brazil I dream of one day being able to watch you there. 🔥🔥🔥

It's funny when all the riders talk about the names of the corners and when Joey Dunlop was asked he said he didn't know the names, he knew the corners by what gear he should be in and what speed he should be at. 😅

I rid it on mad Sunday in 2008 I was doing 100 on the mountain I thought I was a half decent rider then people coming past like I was standing still I realised I weren't that good lol ,but absolutely loved every single minute then I had a terrible accident 2010 and I haven't rode since but I wouldn't change a thing great memories .your get there its amazing all the best mate from London England 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@@eren8279 yeah I've seen gixxer pretty good I used to ridi yami r1 but I had a bad crash in 2010 not my fault it was front wheel blowout I was going about 120 mph I bounced down the mway like a rag doll my thigh bone smashed through my pelvis and it was sticking out my hip by 6 inches broke my ribs ,wrist, arm,collarbone I dont remember a thing my friends who were riding with me thought I was dead but I lived to tell the tale.i find it to painful now to ride a sports bike I have tried many times I love bikes but I've had to reside I'll never ride again, fukin heartbreaking specialy wen my friends are all out on a hot day but there you go at least my kids still have a father. My boys both have bikes and I panic like fuk till they get home but anyway that's my story I wouldn't change a thing good luck mate in all you do hope you find a good job soon I really do you sound like a nice lad take care bro👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This is great but i feel Dakar is the only thing comparable to the TT. not the speed definitely not the speed. Though the insane course being alone, just you the nav and the cap heading on the bike. unless you are a factory rider with service bikes riding along side you. the distance of the Dakar how essentially every corner is different. rocks dunes. I fully agree with this film and I'm loving every part of it. I just wanted to input my 2 cents both sports are great and at their peak performance and highest danger. compared to motocross and motogp. I am certainly not hating on the video or anything.
