The ruling BJP-led National Development Alliance (NDA) is facing a new and renewed opposition bloc - I.N.D.I.A - or Indian National Development Inclusive Alliance. The governing alliance is hoping to strengthen beyond its traditional power bases. But the newly formed I.N.D.I.A bloc is hoping to unite in the battle to make big gains in the 2024 general election.

Tax use to be 19% V.A,T + 19% Central Govt Tax = 38% Tax, Almost 40% Tax on Products !!! Today, Only Luxury Goods aer taxed 28% or more. This is why Foreign Companies stayed away duyrng Congress Era and never invested. Low GST Today is why Tesla, Apple, Amazon, Samsung are coming to India to sell and manufacture their Products !!! I used to vote for congress till 2019, but assessing the BJP's development for "ALL" for past 10 years like make in India, free covid vaccines(made in India) for all, expressways and highways, last 10 years lowest inflation as compared to 2004-2014, removing extreme poverty to less than 3%, toilets, AIIMS, IITs, IIMs, Airports, free rations for poor due to covid, 370 removal, resolving Shri Ram temple issue and so on and then learning about congress vote appeasement politics like: caste census, waqf board, inclusion of laws against hindus, religious acts, restoration of article 370, worship acts and controlling wealth of only hindu temples and so on, I realized that, congress is nothing but black angrez who kept my India divided.....thus, my entire family's voted for BJP and will always vote for them.......

Wish that the corrupt alliance is weakened further. It’s unfortunate that the people still vote on caste and religion. The only parameters should be social and economic development. The Congress brought in reservation. It used religion. India is a Hindu majority country. And in a democracy the majority decides, with the state responsible for all. Since mid 60s the Congress destroyed the country. Entrenched corruption, casteism. Lack of proper reforms. Then came years of dictatorship. There was no social media then. It’s sad that most western media is against true democracy in India and the social implications of caste based census versus economic development is not highlighted. Please try to be neutral, there is clear bias in the reports from ABC. I live in Australia and love its neutral coverage of local politics, so why can’t it do it while covering Indian politics?

I.N.D.I.A. ALLIANCE AND NDA (BJP) Thoughts go back the Mughal itihas for an analogy. The Rajput kings were brave, but they never got their act together and presented a united front to the Mughals. Shivaji Maharaj fought a lonely battle againt Aurangzeb. No Rajput or Madhya Bharat king fought on his side. The history repeats in the General Elections 2024. The TMC, AAP, and CPM fight individual battles with the Dilli Durbar. The pretender leader Congress fights using seat arrangements with the regional satraps like the DMK, more a case of noblesse oblige.
