This is my note from this class: We Muslim Ummah have the privilege of having the Quran and the responsibility of carrying the Quran. This privilege will go away when we are no longer responsible. We need to know who was privileged before us and how they lost their privilege. So, that we don’t fall into this position. So that we don’t do what they did. But look at us, aren’t we following their steps? In what ways did the Jews not carry the Tawrah? → They came up with Fatwas and rulings on their own and declared them as laws of Allah. → They ate from illegitimate means through haram means → They spread animosity, hate, sin. → They said Allah’s hands are tied so He doesn’t interfere. → They got offended by the words of Allah → They killed many prophets, they killed knowledgeable people, scholars → They didn’t stop people from doing bad things → They used to complicate things more than they needed to be complicated on matters related to their Deen. They used to make their religion difficult. → They used to fight among themselves and when the outside force used that conflict for their (outsiders) benefit and used to enslave them (said, people). Then they (Jews) used to raise funds to save their fellow brothers. A conflict that was created by them in the first place. → They used to believe some parts of the book and rejected other parts. → Even if they did bad things they believed that their hearts have eman and are safe. → They would make predictions of the future where they would get a prophet and would win the war. → They were desiring the world much more than akhira. They just wanted to live and didn’t want to die. → They developed a terrible fear of death → They used to do magic → They used to change the words of Allah, change the interpretation, meaning, etc. → They never wanted any good to come to people → They started believing that nobody would enter Jannah beside them Don’t declare yourself pure. Don’t declare yourself safe. In the Quran, Allah told us, those who believe to save yourselves and your families from hellfire. Believers don’t have a false sense of security. They don’t have the mental energy to ponder about other people if they are going to heaven or hell. We have to worry about ourselves. Will our concern be on the day of judgment about others? When the sun and moon collides, when newborn babies' hair turns grey, and when the oceans boil, will we be thinking about others if they are going to Jannah or Jahannam? Why is this your concern? Do you not believe Allah is just, do you not believe He is the lord of all of us, then why do you need to have an answer of someone going to heaven or hell?

I spent my whole childhood listening to Dr. Israr Ahmad's Daura Tarjuma Quran. That was great! However I like Nouman Ali Khan more for the linguistic ane literary tinge he gives to the explanation. It embeds the meaning in my mind, never to be forgotten. Owe you a lot, man!

i need help of your knowledge please can someone explain. there is a person who have really bad image of Islam in his mind and he is a non-muslim but i wanted to explain him he is wrong about my religion he said ''In quran there is this one qoute, that specifies that the muslim woman you marry is holy and should be kept in parda While the one that you had won from the kafirs Is free to be used for fun as she chose the path of kafir It also stated that you can marry a woman just for few hours to have sex with her and divorce her right after ou had your deed Tbh when I first read those lines they were writen in arabic and were translated word by word in english please i want to know about that and sorry for my bad English

Selamunaleykum ve rahmetullahi ve berekatuh. In Quran and Hadith literature "Prisoners of War" are often translated as "slaves", men and women who muslims can "own" are people who were captured in battle, fighting against Islam. There is nowhere in the Quran where it says you should use women prisoners of war for fun. In hadith literature, it is recommended to arrange the release of captives always. You also can not do everything you want with them. Female captives have similiar rights to your wife except in inheretence and divorce. You can not abuse them, you have to take care of them with the food you eat ajd the clothes you wear, you can not forcefully divorce them if they were married when theyre captured i.e. you can not have any sort of intimacy with them. As to marrying someone for a few hours to have intercourse, Hanafi, Shafa'i, Malaki and Hanbali madhhabs forbid this, any "loophole" in islam is a sin and an insult to Allahs name Al Aleem, all knowing. Only *some* Shi'a/Jaffari imam allow this.

They're making university level explanation available for free on KZread and you still have the nerve to hate! Curb your hate! Rectify your heart. You're the problem here not the trailer.
