I do agree with you When you make let’s say monthly 3000 and you budget 300 for the whole month to play and let’s say you lose that U WILL STILL BE ABLE TO AFFORT LIVING and won’t be addicted to it. The addiction comes when you GO OVER YOUR BUDGET to satisfy your craving
