Since I`ve watched Andreas Kummert on you tube , I can`t get enough ! He is an amazing artist! There is a lot of things on you tube, including concerts, and new singles from 2023! His voice is like no other and you feel emotion, pain and grit in every song he does! Come to Canada Andreas!

Are you kidding? Better than Procol Harem? Admittedly it is a nice version if you like a soul/country and western version but it is not even on the same plane of perfomance as procol. See the live Denmark version.

nun fast jedes lied bekanmnter künstler wird auf verschiedene art und weise interpretiert...so auch diese lied...klar ist die die version von procol harum etwas besonderes...ich habe sie nicht life gehört aber in der zeit schon musik gehört... darf aber sagen jedem künstler ist es erlaubt seine eigene version vorzutragen in dem er das tut bezeugt er schon seinen respekt gegenüber der band.... seine stimme und seine musikalischen gesanglichen fähigkeiten erlaubt es ihm das in einer form darzubieten die in jedem fall dem lied kein leid zufügt sondern in seiner version noch mehr möglichkeiten aufzeigt. seine stimme und sein können ist weit oberhalb von dem was sonst so in dem geschäft zu hören ist.... er ist ein ausnahmekönner der mit dem allgemeinen trubel wenig zu tun hat...sein können eher im kleinen rahmen als auf grossen tourneen oder bühnen zu zeigen...was wiederum andreas kümmert hervorhebt.......er könnte sicher stadien fühlen ...aber er begnügt sich mit dem kleinen rahmen .......das mach ihm erstmal einer nach ....!!!! vielen dank !!!!

Terrific voice but please. This is psychedelic rock, not soul. There is no reason for all his extraneous emoting on every line. Again, I can appreciate his talent and I'm sure he respects the song but, as people sometimes forget, not every song is simply a vehicle that should be "driven" in whatever manner the person currently performing it likes to work in. This song was written with that lazy, descending bassline and laid-back lyrics for a reason. It is Dali-esque surrealism in a song. So...he's got talent but IMO....this is nowhere near the truth and beauty of the original.
