When making home made french fries Add corn starch to a plastic bag place sliced potatoes into the bag shake well coat lightly The corn starch makes the fries crispy Drain the same way wire rack 👍

I have an EZ idea 4u to combine her idea + your cabbage steaks! In bowl, combine eggs + spices. *** you can also add a bit of ham or beef bouilion (dry) to egg mixture -- to give it a meaty flavor -- YUM! *** Whisk. Slice your cabbage steaks. Slice onion in thin rounds. Place onion on bottom of 9x13 Pyrex dish. Place cabbage steaks on top of onion rounds. Then, place more onion rounds on top of cabbage. steaks (so both sides get onion flavor!) Allow to sit in fridge for at least 30 mins to absorb egg + spices. Then bake. *** NOTE, IF excess egg mix, u can tilt Pyrex, take extra mixture to spoon back over steaks. Then bake.
