This looks to have similar mileage to my Evo 6 (I guess, no idea how many of those on the odo are kms on this one). Got a GSR, as the red Tommis were just too far out of my price range.

Got to say skyline having an R34 GTR in our fleet but these are very special cars regardless!

I love old gen EVO (3 - 6) than the current (7 - 10)

So much love for the Tommi. Sounded sweet with the mics properly set up too.

damn this car brings back memories. My mate had one back in like 2005 a red one with black wheels. Sadly he pass away a couple weeks ago due to a car accident on the 2 of december this year! And i miss you buddy :( but damn we sure had some fun in his fire red evo 6 TME back in the day. This is a awesome car love to own one some day! Until then i have to go on with my golf MKIV deep blue pearl R32. She screams good though with the milltek non resonated that i installed 2 months ago. sick review mate. always loved the Evo 6, wish they were around in the states.

My English teacher owned one of these...used to keep me up to date with all his mods. (Think he wanted someone to tell!) We remained mates after I left school and I was lucky enough to go in it. Wow. His was ~400bhp at the time and bloody savage. Sold it after having a kid, think he missed it as I witnessed him managing to put the "family" Leon Cupra R into limp home mode after a particularly hairy drive!

I love these rally based road going edition cars! Merry xmas dude!

MONKY LONDON Yeah they 're both awesome! I think for the content Ebisu skids would be better to grow the channel and to get better content. but its all up to you a own place would be sick too instead of using others all the time haha

the turbo on these are bigger than most think, a few mods see decent power; exhaust, induction kit, bigger intercooler n hard pipe kit, 3 port boost solenoid and a map will see 360bhp, cams for 380

Was reading about one of these in Evo magazine recently. Bit of a rally fan, would love to try one!

Theres an emotional feeling when you sit inside a tm recaro. I have an original tm silver bone stock just a motec m400 for better controlling things and a decat hks exhaust. The car always on 1.5 kills everything it rolls. Ive riden a 7 stock two months ago mitsu when backwards with 7. They fixed that with 8-9 But ..clutch and ayc soft spot on the 6 i changed 5 times the clutch in 3yrs But i wouldnt trade it for any other newer version evo never!! I love it to death. Is the most raw feeling evo ever made

Sick video dude. P.s 1.5 bar and around 350/360 is the maximum safe power on standard internals. 👌🏻

I drove an Evo 9 Estate once, fully mental, they took some safety stuff away to keep the weight down! Lights flash away on the dash to let you know you are in trouble, with zero help!

I restored a Makinen edition last year, it's the red one with the decals, and doing an Evo 5 at the moment if your ever in Ireland give me a shout and well sort out a spin and review, and of course there is the idc and Donegal rally which is the perfect times to come to Ireland, hope you see this, Evo 5 is stripped to the shell ATM so would have to be June before you can check out the finished product. Hope you see the comment, thanks.

Fact: There was also an EVO 5 that were locally sold in the Philippines. There were 10 units sold and they are originally left hand drive for the Philippine roads. We saw one of them and it was the second one sold in the Philippines. The first one was bought by the manager of Mitsubishi Philippines.

Lovly car! Skyline or Evo? They were created for different usage scenarios so not comparable? You buy what you prefere design wise or where you will drive.

My mate had one of these but he crashed it and got an Evo 8 instead. Until he got the 8 this was by far the fastest car I had been in. The 8 on the other hand (tuned to 400bhp) is a monster. Way too fast to use on public roads but proper fun!

For my first car i was chosing the Integra type R DC2 to learn to drive with a front wheel drive, the next one will be a turbo and i cant see enything more sporty than this Evo 6 Rs2 because i dont like rear wheel drive and this evo beated the First Japanaise Supercar! NSX NA1
