    Ung cocoa powder na ginamit mo is the local one.. dapat ung imported meron sya a little na mas mahal pero will make ung cake soo much dark and more chocolatey.. also best if u search devils food cake its the same sa moist choko cake

    You need accuracy for baking cake to make it good. Wet and dry ingredients dapat in separate containers. Get the exact ingredients not unless the recipe ask for other options that can be substituted. Gumamit ng spatula to level those ingredients at huwag i-shake/tap ang mga measuring cups na may flour. Fill the measuring cups to the rim at saka i-level, likewise the measuring spoons, dahil kung hindi maaring kulang, dahil hindi puno at huwag ding umaapaw. Haluing mabuti. Magiging CRUMBLY ang cake, just what you have now, dahil nakita ko kulang ang sukat ng mga ingredients, hindi talagang puno ang measuring cup. Dahil mga beginner kayong magbe-bake, gamitin ang tamang measuring cup, kaya bukod sa 1 cup, may 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 cups to get the actual measurement. Gumamit din ng flour strainer para maalis iyong lumps sa flour, para maging soft and fluffy ang cake. The use of parchment paper is of big help too para hindi dumikit ang finish product sa mga baking pans or you can use No-STICK cooking/baking spray. Constant practice makes perfect.     Dapat if mag put ka flour sa measuring cup is dli pwd e largo nmo salok ddto sa flour u shoud use another para kuha d put sa measuring cup and dli pod pwd na ma over mix kai maka dry sa cake 😊😊 dn e top usa b4 put sa oven

    Practice makes perfect outcomes,so there's no master right away,even the best ,there's always a bad outcome, exact measurements,and the beating time must be in exact timing also ,plus the pre heated oven must be on the dot,exactly temperature,time,sometimes the dough cooks at the advance time, then some other times you have to add more time,so keep on doing it,until you can perfect it

    Suggestion lng para maganda ang result nang moist cake mo bensdorp chocolate powder ang gamitin mo at para naman sa chocolate ganache beryl's dark chocolate bar..I guarantee you masarap talaga ang moist cake mo bast follow kalang sa correct measurement😊

    Wrong, you should mix the dry chocolate and coffee by using the strainer or fine salaan,then slowly tap it ,until theres nothing left in the strainer
