Goose is king. Grew up watching him play in local bands here in SLC like 15 years ago. Dude blew up and he deserves all the recognition

They are called "front fills", they are there to provide sound coverage for the middle of the first few rows on larger stages since the PA usually doesn't hit the middle of the crowd until a few rows back. They are usually hi-passed around 250hz because they really only need to supplement the mids and highs.
