The best looking Golden Age comics had huge logos/titles, about a full third of the cover. And they weren't ruined by that intrusive Comics Code stamp or other clutter like corner boxes or 'Marvel Comics Group' in an ugly strip across the top.

No one trusts Disney or MSheU anymore…they keep using bait and switch with the characters🙄🙄🙄

Echo was fantastic. You should watch it. It is very different it leads into the next show well. There is an end credits scene in the last episode that is very important

Dave you really need to watch Echo! I had no hopes for the show or attachment to her but it’s really good show!! There is a set up scene in end credits on last show to set kingpin for mcu…

I canceled my Disney plus. Simply for the fact I never used it. I have like 6 other streaming services. So I didn’t find the need to pay for Disney when I never used it

Great books - That early Action #30 is awesome! You're right about superhero movies. While I don't think any of the MCU movies "sucked" - I'm a comic fan, so I'll watch them and enjoy them to some degree, no matter what.. but the past 3 years have not been very good - lol. I watched the Eternals - took me 3 or 4 times to get through it - I kept falling asleep - but I didn't hate it. Watched the Flash - it wasn't terrible - I thought Ezra was very good in it - but all the time traveling, alternative time streams... ugggh... too much effort - I have a hard time with Back to the Future. Justice League wasn't bad - much better than I expected from seeing the fan reactions. Watched Sha-Zam again a couple nights ago... Zach Levy and the writing were fun, and it's was a fun movie. Moonknight was good - but sloooowww and repetitive. She-Hulk - not great, too tongue in cheek, Ruflalo gets on my nerves. But you're absolutely right - they've put out about 10 movies in a row that just aren't that good / or great, so now, many comic fans have mentally disengaged and moved on.

Have you noticed any differences (positive or negative) with QC since the reholder scam broke?

I liked Echo very much. Fantastic origin story. Not an orphan or dropped in radioactive goo. Who would not want a psychopath for an uncle (She calls Kingpin Uncle). Still cool. Also, since Chata the first of them was born of Gaea/Terra, if you are European, who also is the mother of Thorand not Friga because of Odens affairs, Echo is a decent of Demigods. Explains the power. Can she be as strong as the other Demigods if pushed?

I don't understand the hate on Echo. I thought it was actually pretty good. A whole lot better than some of the major motion pictures that have recently came out.

*_ECHO was a almost total waste of time and even if the episodes are short, around 33mins without opening/end credits; it was a drag._* *_"What was the point of this??" Is what I was left with._* *_3 things to take away from this is mini-series:_* 1) Kingpin might have had his childhood trauma removed/resolved; and become nice. 2) In the end credit scene in the final episode: Kingpin gets the idea to run for Major of NYC. 3) ECHO is yet another MCU character that rides a motorcycle. *_Why would 3) be of importance??_* The following Marvel characters ride a motorcycle: •Ghostrider •Punisher •Wolverine •Magik •Helstrom •Blade •Elsa Bloodstone •Moon Knight •Morbius *_I'm thinking this is how they all meet, in the MCU, and form Midnight Sons._*

Echo was so disappointing…the first two episodes were good, and then it just fell off a cliff! Terrible.
