Would you try this for longer-lasting hair removal results and smoother skin?
🚨 Folks will tell you epilators hurt like HECK, but we need to discuss this as a collective. Drop your thoughts below.
‼️ To me, this feels like tweezing but the @BraunBeautyUS epilator hurts WAY LESS.
This was my first time trying it and it made me think that people are being MAD dramatic about it. I mean, if you can wax or tweeze, you can do this. And both of those hurt me more than epilating…lol.
🦵🏽👙 I’ve used this on my legs, but you can also use this on your underarms, bikini area, etc.

⚠️ SOME QUICK TIPS:
✅ Make sure you exfoliate first. This helps to ensure a smooth removal and helps prevent ingrown hairs
✅ You can use this wet or dry. I recommend using it wet if it’s your first time or if you want a more comfortable experience. I didn’t feel much discomfort using it dry, but I definitely felt better using it wet. And yes, it’s 100% waterproof
✅ Be sure to moisturize your skin afterwards.
✅ Use slow, continuous motions and hold skin taut if necessary
✅ Check out the various attachments to enhance your experience

Epilators are just multiple electric-powered tweezers. And over time after repeatedly being insulted, the follicles say "fine, I'm not pushing another hair out" and even those that keep coming back MAY be less coarse.
Epilators are the TRUTH!!! Changed my whole hair battle!
I was just praying to the Lord today about my chin hairs that I can’t stand and said I’m going to have to get laser hair removal because I can’t attend this!!!! And look what comes up on my phone!!! You!!!! Hallelujah 😇

This hurts like hell! Ijs😂
I bought one and I didn't expect to be loud. I'm nervous. I haven't used it yet. I'm here to learn. Thank you
I just ordered one last night, I'm excited to try it but kinda nervous😂
I’m flashing back to épi lady. There was a scene in an episode of The Golden Girls, where Rose has her roommates product test hair removal methods. Dorothy gets the epi lady and says, “I don’t know if I want to use this - it says it’s gonna hurt.” 😂

🤣🤣
the emjoi epilator is incredible, it hurts less than the braun
I need to use this on my private parts but I’m sooo scared of the pain as it’s always sensitive down there with women 😭

Try using it in a hot shower first...it lessens the pain. Or with body wash
Had to stop tweezing my chin because it was causing hyperpigmation and although I think I would try it on my legs not my face. Im using one of those electric shavers for the face and eyebrow area and using actives to help fade the dark marks on my chin.
Great Danielle, another gadget I have to run and grab 😂😂😂

I pull my hair out with my own hands when I get anxious. So this might even be painful for me
Sounds like torture to me. Yeah I do pluck my facial hairs which has the hair becoming ingrown. I did the baby thing, forgot the pain and did it twice. but I fail in waxing so it probably a no for me.

"Removes hair from the root". Would you say that makes it the same as/similar to waxing?

Definitely, all that pain is def because it's coming from the root
Is there a product you use to lighten your knees? My knees are the last battlefield when it comes to hyperpigmentation.
