🤣🤣🤣 Your point resonates with me @ Daddy Freeze. I remember back in the day when my siblings and I used to visit my late maternal grandma on holidays. She would force us to pray fifteen decades of the Holy rosary with her every night, and that would be after going to the farm with her from 6am to 6pm. She would go home and bring our lunch to the farm. After praying the fifteen decades of the rosary, she would start reciting litany while we respond to her with " Holy mother Mary, pray for us". Make any mistake and doze off, my grandma would give you the beatings of your life. So I stopped visiting her on holidays. In fact I started avoiding her totally for a very long time, until she begged me to forgive her if she hurt me and I did forgive her. Now in hindsight, I believe she helped to shape my life in terms of resilience, hardwork, discipline etc. But as a child back then I saw it as torture.

It's better to take the child to the orphanage, at least. Removing the child is the wrong advice, worse coming from a pastor.

Nigerian orphanage is not a nice place o... I won't wish it on any child.. Besides the parents are still alive..
