It's never stated how much either person is responsible for from that amount. Chuck is assuming the whole amount was taken by Jimmy, and does not even consider that the actions of his father might have significantly influenced the shops failure, doing exactly the same thing he complains about his parents doing with jimmy in his next sentence.

He didn't want to go with through with it from the beginning because of how evil it was but she wouldn't relent. And then once it came crashing down, the only person who loved him left to hide from the pain.

"Her financial stability has fallen.. and can't get up." Had me absolutely snorting.

Holy shit one of the cops who searches Pryce's house in 2x01 is also one of the cops (different partner, though) who shows up when Skyler tries to get Walt thrown out in "I.F.T.".
