I've crashed 5x in 15min at foundation.... I would rather have a stability fix for everything broken than a new season

@@j.a.k.e u can find them in the world natural spawns. Been doing a route that gets me 36 pickaxes in like 20 mins. 72 modules in 20 mins. Them just do the item respawn trick with the books and do it all over again

This was intended 100 scrip and 10 legendary modules having the same price had me questioning the intent.

So only the most valuable items weren’t repeatable, but that wasn’t intentional lol OK. They wanted to see how everybody would react and then go from there.

The game with bugs had a new update and came with more bugs... whether you accept or not, it was 1 bug of many

Unintentional= we were unable to get away with it.

Not scrip. Pickaxes are scrapping for MODULES 😮 x2 is scrapper perk card is equipped

Doubt it was unintentional, they just tried to pull a fast one. That's cap. Glad they are reverting it though.

I crashed 5x or so at Foundation stash box and at the gold boullion machine. Emotes not working (just a blank wheel) and lastly, when a nuke drops there is no blast zone.

if it's over the new area, it doesn't create a blast zone. if you stand in say watoga, you will see the nuke detonate in the storm

I'm very pleased they will be changing the system back to how it was, their motivations aside whether was intentional or not it is a positive outcome and I'm glad to hear it. Also has any else noticed there is now item weight and weight in stash displayed? What an awesome change, thumbs up to the 76 team for that 👏

On pc most of everything ok but did notice some strange textures here and there and when going inside whitespring the interior loads up like i clipped through the wall instead. Defenitely something up when a game experiences issues across 3 platforms

You can find pickaxes in the world and scrap each one for two legendary modules. I'm sure Bethesda will patch that ASAP, but I'll bet my character freezing and glitching getting into his power armour will never be fixed.

Such BS, that it "wasnt intended", when only the lucrative items, was a one time only buy... WoW. I think all the hate they got, forced them to revert it.

What I want them to fix is the npc text and response delay. I had to hop and talk to npcs over and over and quests would just hang due to unresponsive npcs. Sometimes the quests just flat out stopped working and updating until I hopped servers

Yea, you can still find pickaxes via their natural spawn locations or dropped off scorched/cultist/the lost. It's 2 modules if you're using scrapper which is funny. I was really wanting to use the scythe but watching someone's video yesterday about the scoreboard and seeing 0 mods for it was a heads up it was just a reskin of another weapon in the game already. Unless it's somehow got a hidden prefix when crafted, it's not worth it, given it's a pickaxe. There's better melee weapons out there.

yep, found out about the pickaxe thing before I went to bed, so this morning I checked it out. One location I went to still had its pickaxes still there, went to another, and none. So, if a place has 1 or 2, they are still there. But if it has 3 or more spawns, they are disabled, just to confirm. It is amazing how quickly they can prevent us from cheating in a matter of hours, but I will certainly not see anything for the 81 Union PA legendaries that dropped that I could not pick up (yes, I counted since Bethys screw up) I know it not the same thing, but you get my geist.

Some of the items from previous scoreboard can’t be place due to missing textures for me

Have you heard anything on the fancy Pistols being removed? I have quite a few of them on displays, none of them show as fancy pistols or even legendary anymore. Happened on the previous update, the one that changed the scoreboard. ( I’m on Xbox)

Funny... they stopped the pickaxes for legendary modules bug instantly.

It’s a feature flag to be able to pull crafting for any certain item without requiring an update. Many companies have this ability

Nope no crafting, but finding them and scrapping them will give the 2 modules per pickaxe as long as you have scrapper perk active.

I've got an issue with the surfboard shelf no building on any wall. I also started seeing others post the same in their bug report channel.

They also need to fix the text boxes with the new vault questline. Upon entering the new vault all of the responses take forever to pop up. Like entire minutes after the NPC had already stopped talking, and it kept happening to all of our friends even after rebooting the entire game.

I’ve been playing since beta and I’ve never heard of a generic weapon giving you that before but honestly, the game could totally use it like definitely need something like that

They have also added in the Atomic Shop a camp item found in Misc build called Fort catwalk by mistake 😬 & there's no pic in shop for it but anyone owning a catwalk should find it fairly easy. Would recommend anyone to blueprint OR store some in there camp as this bug will surely be apart of the next hotfix ✌️

I'm pretty bummed that the Thrashers don't drop meat. Was looking forward to turkey dinner. Bummer.

What are your go to locations? I typically just check lucky hole for about 8 in carts throughout the mine, as well as gauley mine and morgantown airport for the scorched

I have been running the following. Gauley mine - 6 picks -> Gregs mine supply -> 3 - 3 picks -> Blackwater mine -> 4 outside and 12 inside. Glassed cavern has 5 but takes longer to run. Then go to Summerville and reset inventory at the book house. Use private server for best results.

It seems they've removed pickaxe spawns entirely, haven't been able to reset them despite exceeding the 250 item reset by a huge margin. At least on Ps it seems to be the case.

I'm glad I'm not the only one dealing with the game crashing at vendors. My character is currently overcumberd and my stashbox is nearly full. Would like to be able to sell the items I got for caps so I got room for the new stuff.

Also can you report The Powerhouse of the cell missions some of us didn’t receive a keycard to enter Hilda’s room

I really hope the perk coins will be repeatable. Then I have something to grind for.

glitch still works with pickaxes found in the world and off of enemies.

The pickaxes give you 2 modules, not scrip. People kept farming the spawns for the pickaxes even after they disabled crafting so they seemingly removed pickaxes from the loot pool.

They also broke the giant neon letter set, and the first set of surfboards we got last season. Crafting requirements are gone for the letter set so they can no longer be built, and one of the textures is missing from a surfboard. It's vantablack colored now. . . Like, light absorbing black.

Biv E Ridge isnt working either. Tried hopping and restarting console. Used personal terminal. Still no booze dailies.

BTW TO EVERYONE Static pickaxe spawns are gone, if you reset your spawns it will not work, I looted 400 books from Summerville and nothing respawned even locations I’ve not been to yet (this includes private servers) try it to see if it still works for you but I don’t think it does anymore

I heard about the pickaxe thing literally straight away. But I'm not tried it and I won't. Never have and never will use any form of cheats or glitch. Just my style. Only started playing a couple of months ago and love it❤ not got 1st but definitely thinking about getting it.

You will look back at this after playing a year and think wow i should have farmed the pickaxes...

All pickaxes have been removed from both the scorched loot pool and the world loot pool. Apparently there’s a couple they missed but like 99% of the spots won’t spawn a pickaxe anymore. Just for anyone wondering!

thank you so much jsut found out they fixed it and all 150 rewards are now repeatable

“Not sure why they did this” it’s greed dude. They’re always trying their best to force people to buy stuff. Same reason they ended this season early. “Awwwww you missed it? Good news it will be in the atom shop!” But BOOOOY they were on that pick ax glitch IMMEDIATELY….

Problems I have: 1. Biv-E not giving his daily quest (been farming for 2 months and still no tic alcohol for vamp) not even the personal terminal to force start the quest fixes it like it used to, you can talk to him, he'll drop his usual dialogue that starts the quest but no dialy starts... you can repeat this and server swap and force restart.... nothing changes. 2. The manor quest in the new story doesn't work properly and the fast travel doesn't unlock for me (doesn't register, I'm near, I guess) some of the lost are clipping inside the walls and getting stuck so my quess is they are also clipping into the floor and falling into some abyss which makes the quest uncompleteable (I have read you can server swap and it worked for some people but I did it 3× and nothing changed I had to force quit the game and fire it back up) 3. Some quest items are missing (one of the very first new missions to find personal belongings.... none show up there was like 8 players all looking everywhere emoting "???". 4. Quest markers on some locations are bugged and end up to far to the right. (Always happens on the manor elevator buttons) 5. The giant robot event has teleported me 2× half way across the map, removing me from the event.... the 1st time I lost rewards because I couldn't get back in time. There's more issues, but their very minor in comparison, and don't break the game like these do.

Until I see it coming from the official Fallout 76 email account including an apology, nothing has changed. Bit early to praise them for something that at this point is just words from a moderator on Discord where they're too lazy to type a new response to even you, because I guess they're trusting that you'll do the PR damage control for them? Same goes for Reddit "looking into it". They sure do patch other things quickly. EDIT: See claims it's fixed now, waiting for that email.

Man these new pickaxe holiday scorched were a real treat 😂I sure hope they bring them back

One thing to bring up me and a few other are having issues with during conversation with npc during the new story line, when it's our turn to reply or choice the reply it freezes and doesn't come up can't skip and when you back out it starts it all over.

I ain’t going to say that person in the discord for Bethesda’s knew or already knew about the situation regarding that issue with the season rewards in the bonus page, but there is always two sides to the story and I just think just because it was brought up and presented to them that hey there is this problem on this final page in the season that rewards to be claimed infinitely are being redeemed more than once so this is the issue. But for someone to have to hear an issue about something not working or the way intended just because you show them the issue they might have already known it was an issue but whether or not they were ever going to acknowledge it themselves and realize it is something to be questioned and only when someone finally took notice then they might have to acknowledge the issue, but for them it might of been fine for them that they not bother with what they would rather not acknowledge and simply let it continue as long as it could until maybe someone came along and made something they had to be aware about. But don’t always think someone you tell someone hey there’s an issue over here wanna correct it and fix it? When they might be benefitting on of an unaware issue they see that no one else notices and exploiting it for their own gains.

Problems with the pickaxe aside it makes me wonder more and more why we can't scrap legendaries to get some modules back. Like I imagine we aren't able to scrap legendaries to prevent doing it accidentally but being forced to make mules, stop playing or just no longer picking anything else up sucks as a result.

What about the players that want to collect the event rewards and stash them away, meaning all the weapons. If that is the only thing in your stash do they all fit? For those items I think they should allow them to sit in stash with no weight value in the stash box. Then someone can actually save them.

Yeah I’ve been at weight limit for days and I can’t leave my excavator suit. I’d like to be able to actually get in another suit or be out of power armor. And I do collect every quest and event weapons and armor. I like to have them. And I have to figure out what aid items I should keep, I have like 4-11 of each. I want more stash space, or displays that don’t count toward stash space so I can show everything off

For some reason I'm occasionally getting dc'd during events where I never crashed before. Other than that the new content seems fine. Oh and scorched drop quite a few pickaxes if that exploit is still live; I never pick them up so have no clue if it's still working.

I’m having trouble with the new quest line when it comes to clearing out the manor, Not getting any new updates after I’ve defeated everything inside.. anyone else having issues?

PS4 (I'm on PS5) edition still broken, years later. But they're doing a mini-hotfix(Bare Minimum), so don't worry. That bug that allows infinite caps that nobody actually ever found, will get patched man. Rest easy. Everything else that's inconveniencing entire sections of the community though? Eh it's alr. I swear all Todd has to do is shake keys in front of Bethesda fans, and they forget how much of their community is being negativity effected. Idc about the SCORE board dude, I'd be lucky to stay in a server for more than an hour after capturing a Power Plant.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I had 5 crashes in an hour the other day. Bethesda keeps saying its the PS5 but it did the same thing on two other PS4's and all of my friends crash constantly.

Same and I hate that I know it’ll crash in 45 minutes after capturing a power plant, daily ops, expeditions. I new, once played back in season two and only got to level 40

I didn't even know the items were infinite last season or I wouldn't have bothered with player icons and cosmetic stuff. Dammit!

Im so over the crashing, I play for 4 hours daily and havr been experiencing 5-6 crashes every time. This needs to be fixed asap.

We need to voice our opinions and make sure they don’t get away with this like blizzard does. Please please I know Bethesda is on the edge of full pay to win and more on the micro transaction side but they need to relax before it gets worse😞 Edit: I forgot to mention but you should throw a quick psa out to new players NOT TO LEAVE the “oldest trick in the book mission” until it’s complete because the disguise will glitch out and disappear, forcing you to kill everyone instead of the regular dialogue for the good ending. I tried everything to fix it and it’s completely bugged and on Reddit not a lot of people are talking about it. Completely ruined that mission because I had no choice anymore.

LOL. It's mistake because people are complaining. Had nobody complained, I'm willing to bet that would have not been "fixed." Not hating, it's a business and I can see why they didn't want people to lush out on those items highly coveted items. (I know if I get there, I'll probably bulk up on some perk coins myself. Then again, by the time I reach that level, I may not need them LOL.) The only reason I kind of believe it may have been a legit mistake was the fact that they didn't do the same to gold. Heck, the "mistake" was probably that gold was supposed to have the same limitation, but now due to backlash, they are going to remove all the limitations on the bonus page. Otherwise the next update would have saw gold given the same limitation. Good on BS for hearing their player base and taking the action that favors the players.

I can’t even do the new quest because the powerhouse of the cell quest it’s stuck on “clear lost from the area” honestly just killed my whole desire after I spend like 2 hours trying to fix it

Good on all of us for "accidentally" complaining about it.

Had the game crash on me 3 times last night. Everytime the game crashed, I had just exited a workbench and right after the bench started flickering, the game would crash. Really annoying.

Hope this hotfix also fixes the flickering bug/glitch when interacting with venders/traiders cause its already getting irritating And surprise. They say they fixed the scooter rank bar issue from last season. Never seen it but got it today..so that was annoying to hear

I got a vault 63 weather machine plan from the event but when I learned it, it wasn’t in my camp crafting. I felt so robbed.

I hope they fix the bug where it doesn't show nukes in the new region. I'm overly cautious about where I build from this issue despite all of the flat land and waterside dream camps that can be built here.

It's done on purpose so people's camps cant be destroyed in the new region .any nuke in that region doesn't destroy things.

Nukes get absorbed by the storm and start the new boss event in the new region, you don’t need to worry

I think they need to show where you nuke in the new zone and make it a place to nuke not anywhere in the new zone I love being able to see my nuke land one of the best features of the game imo

I know it's low, low, low, low, low priority, but I really hope they finally fix the union power armor jetpack not being able to be crafted. They fixed crafting the pieces, but they didn't fix the mods.

I'd bet it only became "unintentional" AFTER players voiced their outrage. I can imagine a coder being like "Wait, every item except these 3 are unlimited? But these are the most popular items in every season. Are you sure this isn't a mistake? Okay, got it, I'll do as I'm told."

As a new player, I no idea until today that there were even rewards for scoreboard.

Not sure if its new as well but i experienced a bunch of NPCs freezing into place and not having a loot even if you kill them and for some reason every time i switched camp spots the game acted as if i unlocked every item i just placed down with the camp being put down .....

Lol no way your that naive to see how they stop the pickaxe scrap glitch but have not changed the other issue people are having with the scoreboard and game just as fast.

So does that mean We'll Lose any normal Pickaxe or legendary pickaxe from our inventory or stash? Will my cursed bloodied pickaxe just fade into the aether🙃

I had an issue where responding dialogue was lagging severely. To the point where i had to restart the game to get a main quest even started.

I have been getting multiple crashes at one time at the new public event dangerous pastimes as well

Now if only they could fix Biv for me. He no longer gives me daily quests since the Skyline Valley update

The vault 94 mask is bugged It doesn’t show up on a armouer workbench to put my ghillie suit I just brought off the atomic shop on it

Very happy I can spend hundreds of hours grinding to save dozens of hours of farming perk points four months from now. :)

There still is an issue though for non fallout 1st members there are less rewards and less atoms and im betting next season it will be even less, basically they took a 200 atom reward away then put a 100 atom spot on the bonus page for 250 tickets each . As a non fallout 1st subscriber ive pretty much had it . I have already took it off my Xbox and I have about 3600 hours in this game

Its not legendary scrip its the legendary thing you use to put the random star things on items. I played on pc earlier and it hadn't been fixed yet. It was a drop from a scorched.

For those who are crashing at stash or selling to npc‘s,try to use the whitespring mall ,it wont crash there. Ur welcome

Nukes not visible in new zones. New main quest “the calm before” is broken and cannot be completed unless you do some very weird stuff. Lots of new crashes. This was actually put on the PTS and actually tested?

I just hope they fix the surfboard shelves. I had to rearrange my camp because they don’t work now and it’s really irritating

Wish they would fix a satisfied conscience for me quest marker is just on my player, can’t finish brotherhood line

Definitely not scrip getting modules is crazy already got 300 from the big still farming hard exploit early and often that’s what wow and 76 taught me

logged into fo for the first time since update. Went to script and immediately blue screened. Loaded back up played for about 30 minutes went to script again and blue screened again...
