Hello again, This elrs tx is sold with a dipole antenna as well as a moxon one. Any recommandation on one versus the other?

The moxon antenna has higher gain but is more directional so meant for long-range use. If you don't fly more than 2km away, the moxon isn't needed.

Hi Albert, I have one of these modules on the way. Is the correct way to flash this by choosing git branch in the configurator and then select master in the drop down and then choose the appropriate hardware. I just don't want to mess anything up. Great video as always!

Yes, you got the general idea. I did have to go to the support section and clear out old data and files because the flash failed the first time.

ELRS V2.1.0 was released yesterday! Should be good to go now with this module.

Albert, any way you could make a video on how to solve receiver problems (ELRS)... I use mainly happymodel ep24 RX with Betafpv TX... Since i "upgraded" my rx and tx to from 2.0 to 2.01 the receivers don't bind and the rx refuse to go to wifi mode now... (No luck either with uart or betaflight passthru) Is there any way to completely reboot the receivers and start over?? Any help appreciated. Thanks! 👍

Can you tell me some more details about these problems? I'm not having problems like this so not sure where to start on a solutions video for a problem I'm not aware of. Have you looked at the expresslrs.org website for troubleshooting tips? Are you sure both TX and RX are on the same firmware with the same options? They won't bind if the settings don't match up.

It's available if you want to provide extra power for the transmitter at high power. Will let your radio battery last longer. Not required but there as an option if you need/want to use it.

This is the cheapest 1W TX with OLED screen, right? Way better than the AxisFlying one at over $100.

I just received my express lrs 1w module and followed your dip switch instructions but I get a flash error saying betafpv 2400tx 1000mw via uart failed. What am I doing wrong?

Could be a USB driver problem or USB cable problem. I'd try a different cable first, then perhaps a different PC.

You might have flashed the wrong firmware or put in some incorrect settings during the flash process. I can confirm 1W does work on mine... are you sure you have the 1W version and not the 500mW version? They look almost the same.
