personally, I recommend the mouse to look around instead of the arrow keys.

Hmm yes, I use it in multiplayer doom. But remember when playing single player it is good to use the original settings, some levels are too easy otherwise.

I like how the doomguy is now apparently monsoon from "metal gear rising" judging by that punch. I never would have thought to do something that interesting. also kind of cool enemy substitutes. pain elemental looks a lot cooler that way actually. also those pinkies look pretty threatening now which is awesome, it looks like they don't go for melee until you eliminate their ability to launch projectiles which I think is an awesome idea for a monster class. I also like how you actually showcased a good wad for once; although I am entertained by the bad ones, they seem to be bad in repititive ways, and the jokes aren't even funny in the way something like mock2's are.

The Ankh's are from Rise of the Triad.

This wad looks like a resurrection of the early alpha doom with a lot of updating. It looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

Aquarius acts like a kid in a candy store in this video.

And here we are, in the present days. This WAD came out perfectly, and It's my most favorite Doom WAD.

Are those bananas in the seal of goodness? Also, I liked the music in this wad, it's among the best music I've ever heard in doom.

Editing a misaligned floor/ceiling texture in Classic Doom involves manipulating the sectors that make up the WAD, it's not as easy as changing a couple of numbers like in later id Techs.

The scale of this wad's map is pretty damn impressive.

This map reminds me of Logan's Run (It's a 70's movie)

Nice to see another new video, Aqua! Wow, this actually looks pretty good! Can't wait to see the finished product! Also, pain elementals with flame throwers? Yep, totally not threatening in any way whatsoever. c:

The Chaingun sounds are most likely taken from TF2's game files, for when a Giant Heavybot uses its Minigun (Stock Minigun only). That is awesome, and I caught myself acting like I was firing it myself because of that. It's such a friggin' badass sound...!

I know heard the Giant Heavybot attack sounds, they're kind of an uncommon sound but I do believe I've heard that firing sound before in different games.

The Nightmare Tank I'd agree, as a 1100+ hour scrub like myself :D I'm totally checking this wad out when it's officially released. I'm glad they made the chaingun sound so powerful.

The ankhs you found were sprites from Rise of the Triad, which was supposed to be Wolfenstein II way back when. Give that game a try if DOOM is a passion.

Those ankhs are from ROTT, a game from the 90's which was made by one of Doom devs after he left id software. There is the oldest version of 1995 and the 2013. I remember so well from those times and so many sleepless nights, when we had Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Rott, Hexen, Heretic, Blood, Wolf 3D who needed sleep?!..

Doom made me feel badass, but also scared at night, since it left me with thoughts of "what happens if the demons DO come?"

If I remember right, the HUD and Ankh's came from the 1993 Doom Alpha. BTW random guy on the wall is Serj from System of a Down lol

the tri barreled chain-gun reminds me of the auto cannons on half life that came down from the ceiling :)

I think they should change the new Mancubus Cannon Pain Elemental's death sound from the Lost Soul scream. (Since they don't spawn any.)
