I have it in Blue Micarta and it is really nice to fidget with plus 50g sharp on Edge Up tester right out of the box. Is a really nice knife in my opinion.

Hi Beez. Great review as always! Just FYI, the Slasher (D2 and green micarta) that I recently purchased does have fully recessed pocket clip AND screws…a very sharp and robust EDC for sure! Thanks!

I have been seeing so many good Bestechs lately. That's one brand I don't have in my collection yet but some day for sure! I love all the different color combos especially the , looks so nice. When things are getting crazy at work sometimes I just pull out one of my knives and start cutting some paper. I think it's therapeutic and it's less frowned upon than doing some batonning on my desk.

Most innovative slasher film I've ever seen... There's Alot telling me Not to order this knife but I love Bestech Knives and theirOEM work is top of the line which is I want to check out their version of the crossbar lock do you think their version stands out or is it basically standard??

Well, I am noticing that the “off-center” clip adds a bit of room for the fingers when closing the blade, because there’s a little more space for the fingers on one side…at least for my mid-sized hands.

Nice looking knife. Living in Calif. I really like the type of blade and blade length.

Definitely reminiscent of a Penguin. No Bestech knives in my collection as of now. Great video amigo 🤘🏻

I thought button locks were great but I've worn my EF BearFly everyday at work since I got it a month ago. Looks like a Olight Oknife Rubato 2 in Micarta (I opted for the aluminum one and regret not getting the Micarta one) except with the sculpted scales. It's made by Kizer knives so it follows the Kizer Drop Bear.

It's the budget peña bravo.

Love the micarta and warncliff may have to look into this guy but the pocket clip throws it for me

Mornin' Beez. I like it.A bit longer blade would be better. The pocket clip looks like it could be replaced with a Civivi or Kershaw clip. The sound and feel of cutting paper can tell you everything you need to know about your edge. After 30+ years of sharpening I still check my edges by carefully sliding my fingernail along them and then slicing a piece of paper.

It's like a penguin, with a thicker handle, and a crossbar lock! They were closer in size than I thought they would be.

Yup, pocket clip is a hot spot for me too. Not sure why they didn’t center it. Other than that, I like just about everything else.

I like this one quite a bit. Just enough shaping in the blade to avoid being too generic. However .... The pocket clip is a big oversight though - unusual for Bestech as their designs & quality are usually very good. Several reviewers have picked this up and noted the discomfort. I think I'm going to have to handle one first to make a call. Ergos are important for me so we'll see. Another great vid. Sharp blades!

Pretty much a Penguin with an axis lock, thicker scales, and a horrible pocket clip. Definatly prefer when a pocket clip is more centered on the scale I mean if it hurts your hand your not going to want to carry it. Wonder if you can get a non deep carry clip for it. A little small for my taste but a good 5th pocket knife for backup. I like axis lock knives very much so hopefully they release an XL version and center the clip. Thanks for the look see Beez and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable

Not long ago I was all about the budget blades with D2 but I'm over it now. I rather spend a little more and get some 14C28N or 154CM maybe some S35VN. I guess I'm just advancing in my collecting

That certainly is a blade shape that I love. And axis lock on top of that. Awesome. But you're the second person to really call out the hot spot of that clip, so not so sure about this one.

Drop point & G10 and I'd like it.

I was going to buy this then another reviewer said the pocket clip really dug in the skin. Which turned me away which is unfortunate because it's a good looking knife
