I went in zone 3. No sightings at all. Waste of money. All these things are scam to generate interest in people to visit the place. Probability of seeing a tiger is very very low in wild life. Tigers are always very secretive in their appearance. Don't listen to anyone. Just go if you have money and want to do some time pass. Seeing the tiger is complementary thing, main thing is giving fasle hope to people and sell tickets. I don't blame anyone, it's their livelihood.

You didn't read the whole comment I guess, I don't blame anyone, it's there livelihood. Just people should know where their hard earned money is going. Thier money is going in travel, accommodation, food,shopping, safari etc. Seeing a tiger is a trap for you to spend on these things.

@@akshayshetty838 I have done around 6-7 safaris till now in Ranthambore and Corbett, but never had the luck to sight a tiger. Even I was disappointed the first time when we came back without sighting, but gradually I realised that it's a WILDLIFE SAFARI not a TIGER SAFARI, so if you go there to get the feel of the jungle, the thrill of riding in a jeep and chasing a tiger, I am sure you would enjoy. Last time we missed the tiger by just few seconds, but it was so much fun chasing the king of the jungle. The breeze of the jungle, the sounds of birds , just some deers grazing, everything is beautiful. If you enjoy such things then only you ll be able to have fun in a wildlife kinda vacation. ☺️

Thank you for excellent info on your channel about ranthambore. It really helps. I have booked for zone 4 canter morning safari on Apr 3 (Sunday). I'm traveling with a 2.5 year old. Should we go to Shilpagram office at 5 AM to board the canter? Or, do we have any other options? If we have to upgrade to jeep, is that possible to do so for the zone 3/4? Hey I visited Ranthambore during year end and new year. We visited Zone 2,3,4 and 6. We sighted Noorie in Zone 2. In Zone 6 we sighted Laadli's Cub from far away. As it was raining 2 days prior we reach, it affect sightings as told by guides. We had best time in Ranthambore. The zones we visited are really Beautiful and different from each other.

Yes. Ranthambore is magical. The guide said correctly rains do affect the sightings but you were lucky to still find tigers 👍🏻👌🏻

Hello! Many thanks for your video. We are travelling to Ranthambore around de 8-10th of July. We know the zones 1-5 are closed during this period. From your comments, I understand the best zone would be number 6, however, what are the chances of seeing tigers during these dates? Anyway, if not seeing tigers, can you do a safari through the opened zones anyway, and try to see other animals, or safaris are not done at all in July? I wonder if it is worth the trip from Agra. Hey Rahul. Thanks for your message. You will have to go to Shilpgram to get permit released for boarding pass. You can go yourself or send someone from the hotel at a nominal fee. You have to be there 1 to 1.5 hour before safari start time.

Hi Sakshi, in August, only zones 6-10 are open. There is monsoon season so sighting is highly unpredictable. But if you want, go for zones 6 or 10.

The route for Canter and Gypsy are same. It’s just that Canter is slow and noisy with more guests. If you are lucky, you can see a tiger on a canter too. If you want to have a unique experience, wait and go for gypsy later.

Hey! Sorry to hear that. Tiger sightings in Zone 7 are not as great as 10 but the luck can change anytime. The other good point is Zone 7 is very beautiful compared to Zone 10. Would suggest to ask your driver to take you to different view points.

I have created a SSO ID in Rajasthan govt. portal for the purpose of Ranthambore safari booking. But there is a problem. whenever I am trying to click to the forest and wildlife tab after loging in to the portal it says " your SSO ID is already logged with another browser" . This problem is persisting even after I am loging out of the system . Please tell me what to do. I can not book Ranthambore safari because of this. If you have time, do both morning and evening. The jungle is different during each time of the safaris and its worthwhile to experience. For zones, go for anything you get in this order 4,1,3,2,5,6.

Hello. First week of October is tricky because that is when the jungle opens up and there is no information on which zones would have tigers. Our recommendation is to delay the trip by a couple of weeks. If not, your safe bet is Zone 2,3,4.

Canter safari is okay if you dont get gypsy booking but the sighting differs. Please go for Zone 2,5 or 4. If possible, do more than 1 safari. For the beauty of RTR, go to Zone 3

Hi, please go for 4,3,1 or else 2,5. If you don’t get these too, you can try 6 and 10.

Can you guide which zone is best for now? Also can we go for evening safari?

Yes. You can go for evening safari as well. For the zones, 2,3,4 are doing great. 1,5 and 6 are doing decent too.

Hello. If you can get the bookings, go for Zone 3 or 4. Otherwise, 2 and 10 are okay too.

@@DiscoverWildPaws How difficult is getting the booking in current quota which opens 1 day before? Does it seem wise to wait (not book now) for the current quota to open for zone 3,4,1

No it does not. Current quota can’t be relied upon unless you go through agents as the forest officials keep the seats to themselves to sell at a higher price.

Mid May is a great time to visit. There are cubs all around the park this season. We would recommend zones in following order - 4,1,3,2,5,10,6

Hi Shivangi, please go for Zone 1,2 and 3. If you have more capacity, do zones 4 and 6. But the best are 1,2 and 3 now

Hard to say as Jungle just opening after many months. But probably Zone 4.

Great time to go. Please do zones 1-5 and zone 10 if you wanna cover different zones. For repeated choices, do 2,4,3 and 1 and at least one in zone 10

@@DiscoverWildPaws No i wasn't lucky enough to see the tiger but enjoyed a lot and if we get anything soo easily then its value decreases ,planning for another trip this year in zone 3 ❤️
