Since season 13 i have been abusing rylais on xerath, it is so good in team fights and paired with your ulti and even in this season i have been doing blackfiretorch liandry shadowflame rylai and had insane win streaks.

Is the build in high elo always the best for lower elo? Or is high damage better for lower elo cuz the players there arent good and wont kapitalize on your smarter and better plays?

Its still really good just need to make sure there are 2 strong ad picks on your team so make sure you dont have to much ap on your team
