The past 10 years? We've had within just the past ten years: Red Dead Redemption 2, Elden Ring and DS3, Uncharted 4, DOOM, Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, God of War 1 and 2, FF7 remake and rebirth, Control, Baldur's Gate 3, Disco Elysium, Spider-Man 1 and 2, Persona 5, RE2 remake, Hades, DMC5, and way more that I did not list. This showcase was amazing but saying it somehow negates the past 10 years of games is absolutely ridiculous.

@@HusbandOfManyWives1776 Microsoft killed Hi-fi and Tango, not Gamepass. Hi-Fi pass the metrics needed to be a success for Gamepass at least before the layoffs were announced. The choice to have it on GP is still Microsoft along with their general ineptitude around any of their acquired properties is why Tango is gone. Microsoft just has way too much studios that they either close down or have sitting around nothing.

Fable and gears? Amazing, brings me back to 360 days when I was young. Also perfect dark was part of my childhood. I'm impressed this year.

Even the worst Black Ops game had a decent story and plot twists. BO series is better than new COD Series. Unfortunately the game will be overpriced with battle pass. Will wait for another 2 years for a discounted sale.

I can’t wait for Fable. It means a lot to me; it was one of my cousin's (best friend) favorite gaming franchises before he passed away, and he had a Fable disc in his Xbox every time I visited. I’m glad it’s back.

I think Fable is going to pull a fast one on us Ala metal gear solid 2. This trailer hints that the woman Humphrey is talking about ISN'T the female hero we see, but the antagonist. And I think that female hero is one of a pair you can choose from to play as. That would make sense to me.

As a non Gears fan, I’m glad the new game is going to be a prequel so I don’t have to do a ton of catchup on the lore. Seems awesome.

I'm going to say, you might have to catch up on the lore. They hid things about the past in collectibles and some things are revealed about E-Day during as well. There's also comics and books but I'm not that deep. Wouldn't mind just not a cheap hobby lol

The voice for Indiana Jones sounds a lot like Harrison Ford , almost like it’s actually him. I’m kinda excited for that game. 👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️

Yeah low-key I've not been big on Indy stuff for a long time, but that cutscene had some good classic humor to it and the setting and plot seems promising.

Fable looks amazing, doom has a shield now, Dom is back, starfield expansion, outer worlds and soo much more. Loved every single one of these games.

I mean, at least we know it isn't dead. It's something. More than I can say for watchdogs, but apparently that's for the better because ubisoft was somehow gonna make even worse decisions with it.

@@LakeNell??? All those games look amazing. Sure a few didn’t have top quality graphics(Mythology, Mecha BREAK, and the few ones that didn’t show gameplay we have no idea) but none look bad whatsoever.

I'm just glad we're getting all these single player games finally. Gears of War E-Day, Perfect Dark, Metal Gear Solid Delta, Star Wars Outlaws, Assassin's Creed Shadows, Indiana Jones. KEEP THEM COMING!!!

Convoluted story ✅ J-pop idle villains ✅ misused military jargon ✅ Engage Hideo Kojima game.

Everyone is excited at trailers and not at the released products... People need to be patient and get the game to pass their judgement. We've been burned many times and it saddens me that the public are just insanely baking in unhealthy expectations just like AI...

You must not have watched last year's showcase then, because Xbox's show last year was easily 20x better than that awful PlayStation showcase. Xbox also has a better showcase in 2022 because they actually had a showcase that year, unlike Sony who had none.

This is the xbox we all know and love. I wish they would just learn from their mistakes and do this more often. this was great, mad excited for perfect dark.

Seeing Dom again made me tear up! Can’t wait to dive into gears again.

Quite impressive list. Never heard of Clair Obscure, but I really like the trailer. I'll follow it. Dragon Age, Clair Obscure, Age of Mythology Retold, Fable (Maybe?), and Avowed are on my radar. Fable and Dragon age looks heavy DEI infected, but I still hope the history and mechanic are decent since I love both series. Pls let it be good. ç.ç

Maybe 2026 at this rate. Itll release the same year routine has its second re-reveal trailer telling us it's coming next gen. I've literally been waiting for routine for like 11 years now and it's now year 2 after it's re- reveal, no new update
