The Dall-e 3 ToS don't currently allow for commercial use within the TOS documentation. I'm sure I read somewhere that OpenAI will allow you to use them for commercial purposes. would you happen to know if there is any official document anywhere that does allow you to use them commercially?

dall-e inside bing doesn't allow commercial use, but inside chatGPT you have full rights instead, that seams reasonable since bing is free and they have to monetize someway

the best way to digital designs: use GPT4 vision , upload an image, and explain in details what you except from the chatGPT. Be exact, talkative, define limits and rules. Keep it as a text file in template and re-use if it's OK, if not, adjust until it's ok :)

the only caps would be coming from chat gpt not from the bot. Tom has tried to make it as limitless as possible, even avoiding the "offensive content" policy ;)

I've realised it too. But not with the text, my images got worse. I think they are slowly silently removing some copyright-ish stuff from their models

That's crazy! Thanks for sharing! At 5:40 you are saying that one should check the listing / output for trademarks. What exactly do you mean by that? I am always checking my text designs for trademark but I am not sure what you mean here, the graphics maybe? How can we do that?

the listing data is the title, description etc that you use on the marketplaces when you upload your design. I have a trademark guide on how to check the listings. You can't legally sell pictures generated through Bing. You will have to fork out for a subscription..

The best way is to automate it so that you wake up to 100+ new products without having to manually create them.

This is pretty cool! Would be better if it didn't write title, keywords and descriptions until you were happy with an image. Having all that text written for every image is a slow process and many of the images aren't usable, at least for me. Otherwise this is a pretty neat Dall-E plugin.

you can tell the POD Buddy to use different colour scheme, also you can chose from aspect ratios 16:9 9:16 , default is 1:! if you not telling otherwise. Describe what you need, it will do it. I am the creator of this stuff, and I kept a backdoor for these special things, I knew that there will be requests like this :)

Not cool with this at all. So basically someone can hire someone in a third-world country and hook them up with this plugin and not do anything creative at all. Death to the POD industry as we know it.
