No not really

For the first time in 60 years of life I purchased a pomegranate. I was amazed at how heavy that softball sized piece of fruit was! I opened and marveled at all those shiny red “Arils” all tightly packed in their perfect little positions. I ate… and the taste, flavor, snap, sweetness made me KNOW there is a God and creator!

Ok, pomegranate is possibly the most underrated food ever, I usually don’t like many fruit or vegetables cause most have awful tastes and texture, but this is easily top 3 fruit

Yes, but Water is not for washing, it is to separate the pith. Seeds sink and pith floats on water

Amazing thank you saved a lot of hard work and guessing, but as a response to those who are saying, a lot of nutrients are lost in the water, this might be true however, without videos like this, the conversation wouldn’t be available, and it really helped reading the comments to confirm what I thoughtto be true about not putting the seeds into the water. Do not put the seeds in the water. Just put the seeds in the 🥣 bowl & u can use spoon to eat it 👍 good 👌 best.

Juice is but the seeds are trash.

What is the reason for putting it in water? I've seen several videos putting the seeds in water; but in my mind, you're just rinsing away the vital juice. The seeds are not dirty,therefore don't need washing. You wouldn't wash a peeled orange or grapefruit.
