Not really , i used the purple mirror things from the atlanedium planets . Make nanites -> duplicate nanites (nanites only) . i know it's a cheat but saves a lot of time for me 😅. Edit : Kinda spooky , i had a deja vu i guess . i feel like i had this same interaction before 🥶...twice

I set up my buddies doing this a few days ago. It works quite well! Now everyone has 4 adjacent supercharged ships/tools. I will say this though. When refining. It’s best to stay with your refineries and not warp/reload.

Agreed. Anytime I leave or reload while refiners are running it deletes everything in them. Makes the 20 minutes even more boring.

I have a different way of farming nanites. In each outlaw space station you can buy packaged goods, packaged tech and one more packaged item. I just buy them all and teleport to another outlaw system and repeat. After I'm done teleporting between outlaw stations I unpack all those packages and sell all the contents. I've found that I get 5000+ nanites per system. And it takes from 40 seconds to 1 minute to buy items in the station and teleport to another one. Plus this way you can farm illegal upgrades without spendong any nanites.

@@kevsiinddd5194 I think the easiest method to farm units is just scanner. Get that S tier scanner upgrade from a normal space station. Ideally you should scan animals, so fauna is what you're looking for. One S class scanner upgrade will already give you around 50k per animal. That's already enough to start "my nanite farm method" because from packages you also get items that are sold for units. You get like those ancient relics that can sell upwards of 2 million units. So it's really a very self sufficient method, it just takes time and many repetitive actions. So really all you need is 700 nanites to buy that one S class scanner upgrade and you're good to go.

I don’t trust the freighter refiner modules. I’ve lost materials from them before just by going to a different area of the freighter. HG haven’t fixed the stellar refiners either. I get the mould and then take it to a base where I’ve got 20 refiners spread out. Safer for me 😅

It’s glitchy. I afk in refiner room and won’t leave until nanites are collected. If you warp or reload it will bug.

@@hero2u1Definitely not just you. It does seem to be a “your mileage may vary” sort of thing. That base with I mentioned with all the refiners I don’t leave either until I finish processing materials. But I’ve left 4 units of mould in them before, come back after days of playing and going to different systems etc and it’s still there! Seems pretty random. Good luck with the bug report. Love your content.

also there's other faster way to get about more than 500k nanites in 1 hour by just simple go to any outlaw system buy tons of suspicious package (tech and arms) opening them and selling them, yeah i know it costs like more than 75m units, but its the fastest way i found

they show up quickly without using scanner and keep looking around. with exocraft if u have radar on supercharged. you can see them from very far distance

6 mold bases with 339 curious deposits total. Bases use chained short range teleporters. Each base has 2 spawns to harvest. 5 bases with 15 refiners per base plus 20 refiners in my freighter. 190k nanites every 30 minutes

I just saw that you can refine the brains for nanites yesterday. But I question how fast it is. I mean how long will it take to get one 10 stack of brains compared to one stack of mold. I mean I don't have to stand by as the refiner works on the mold + with the freighter having unlimited refiners, seems the brains would be better if I was limited to 5-6 refiners. I would think to find 10 sentinel ships would take longer then 50 stacks of mold.

Brains drop from fighting sentinel ships in space too, just not at 100% rate. Might still be slower than collecting mold, but I would say more fun.

Thats good to see, thanks ! I got to reset my frigther base either way. But i need to now how to build up multiple level frigther base. I haven't managed that yet. how many levels you can build in frigther? Another thing is , i will try to get as far away with base teleporters and see if those runaway things are back. I have 5 bases with balls and warp from one to another until inventory is full. But this frigther thing is much better !

This works well with systems that have runaway mould and sentinal ships because you farm a bunch of mold and while it refines you go sentinal ship hunting and farming stuff for sentinal ships and sell the free ships you find for units as well as nanites and cargo slot upgrades all at the same time then rinse and repeat till your rich

Yes, they are duping them. Otherwise, like you said the time involved gathering them you would be better off with the runaway. I actually prefer going to outlaw stations and buying the tech and arms suspect from the vendor. Open them and sell the modules back to the module dealer. It seems like the fastest way for me. Just use the teleporter there to travel between 5 or so stations. They respawn in about 10 minutes

Refine a stack of 10 sentinel brains in the portable refiner then before removing the nanites use the duplication glitch by putting 10 portable refiners on top of it fastest way to get nanites.

3 medium or large refiners per base.... *Unless you know how to use the wire glitch*... I have around 20-30 at my nanite farm I have shared a couple of times on your discord. And yeah, I knew about the brains from long ago.. But at the start of the game, if you buy the Personal refiner MK2 you can put Atlantium and pugneium in it and get nanites directly, on the go.

I did know about the Brain thing but just thought it would be a lot of time and trouble to get the brains whereas the runaway mould is just hop from one base to the next and back again .@@hero2u1

Reloading for me takes about 15-30 seconds randomly and a few seconds for it to load up everything again. I prefer flying my starship full speed about 1000u away and back. Just as I am close enough to the landing pad to land going full speed, I let off the speed boost, dip slightly down and then hit land for a very fast landing. All of that only takes about 10 seconds in total and the 58k runaway mould is back to be harvested again without needing to load everything up again with 50 refiners (more if I wanted to) waiting to be fed at that 1 base. 3 medium and 2 large placed next to each other in a line with a space of about 4 large floor tiles between each set of 5 refiners in the same order. They can be placed as a square grid with the same amount of space between each row. No need to do the double button glitch.

I played the game when it first came out out and duplicated the most expensive item in the game I have 5 ships full of them they sell for 6,000,000 a stack I’m sitting on 20 billion nanits

Not 200k in 2 minutes, more like in few hrs, first collect mold or brains which can take a long time, the refine the mold which takes hrs and gets lost if you dont pick it up, best way imo is to buy suspicious packages from pirate stations with units which give out upgrades. Go through lot of them through teleporters, open them and Then sell them in pirate stations, 200k in less than 2 hrs

The fastest way to make Nanites (honest Way) without duping is to get any weapon with a powerful Nurtron cannon, Spitter or boltcaster and just kill a ton of sentinels, they drop glass and the glass once opened has brains or mirrors and mods, you sell the mods and process the rest. or good old ship scrapping... But yeah the fastest Way is to just use refiner dupe method. For the Risk Averse you can also upgrade the mech Exocraft laser and jump around the Dissonate Planets and harvest Mirrors and Radiant crystals. then process them, always found this WAY faster then the Mold method. and no Dupe cheating required in this method.... You can Even process the Radiant shards in your backpack processor while jumping around even more efficiency! I too saw a video on Mold and nanites on youtube and first time I saw the 20min timer I was like Nope, Radient shards process soo much faster and each 10 stack gives 500, you get 10 stack Sooooo easily in the Mech suit or Pilgrim.

hey there. i got you my friend all u need to do. is disable multiplayer. restart game with multiplayer off. then go through portal again with multiplayer off. it should be there. and go to site and claim it. if u don't see it at site. just reload restore point at site or autosave at site. and it will shows up back there. let me know as well after u get it
