I almost always get a GA item from doing pit 101 for the first 10 repeats a day. They have been more consistent drops than blood maiden. Spamming tormented boss with group of 4 using Sanctuary discord also gives a ton of good GA items from the rotas.

Its all good man i didnt rushed him or something there is just one floor that i didnt understand how to finish the second floor with the shoulqer boxes i couldnt find where to lead their shots to@Cybxrzzworkshop
