I found this the best cost-effective way to clean your fuel system and your catalytic convertor without spending thousands at home. This can be done as a preventative measure, or if you have any of the issues I mentioned.
Please do this at your own risk, and if you are doing this make sure you do not leave the tank filled with the paint thinner for a long period of time and only do it if you are going to be driving on a long journey that will empty your tank as this could cause plastic and rubber components to corrode within your fuel system. It is ideal to take it for a long drive on a duel carriageway or motorway for full effect. Only do this procedure every 6 or 12 months.
