Most of the times breakout or fallover happens with very long candle.. in such situation it's very tough push or pull .. suggest some ideas for those situations.. tnx for such a nice presentation

Key takeaway from this video for me is : when your view turns bullish/bearish based on Support Resistance - make sure your position also reflects the same (PE and CE premiums). Part 4 is adjusting positional short straddle. You can actually check it in the playlist

Cutting options and moving it up or down during the day will end in losses due to change in IV and you are booking losses

I have one question: when you are creating the straddle- it is unbalanced from the beginning as the CE premium is 34.6 and PE is 54. Why didn't you choose equal premium at the beginning- I mean instead of taking straddle you could have shorted CE/PE with almost equal premium. You could have shorted 19350 PE whose premium was 62.

7:35 I am a bit confused. Market is giving break out. You said you are cutting 44800 CE which in a 100 rupee loss. Then you shorted 45500 CE with 80 rupee. But if market still goes higher 45500 CE will increase and you will incur more loss. How is this a bullish trade? If you bought 45500 CE it makes sense. But you said you shorted it.

The premiums of put are higher. So even if it goes higher puts decay faster than call rising

Example of expiry day is not appropriate to explain. Intraday straddles are squared off by the end of the trading day... expiry day the premiums of OTM turn 0. Just check the example
